I always went to this place, until my last Sunday experience everything was good, I ordered the smoky mountain chicken, flavor and everything was perfect, I chose the mash potatoes and salad bar as my side, a happy meal. Until he next day I had a terrible stomach ache, I’m not going to go into detail but it wasn’t pretty, I don’t like giving bad reviews but when I’m scared of going back for food poisoning, I’ll pass, maybe I’ll change my review if I come back.

Ate here last night, we have been coming here since it opened, it’s family friendly and the food is consistently above average. We have never been disappointed which is more than I can say for some of the other places here in Brick. Service was friendly as always.

Just had a few drinks at the bar. The bartender and wait staff were great! Extremely fun, chatty and cute. Seems like a tight group of people. I don’t know about the food but I would recommend this place to relax at the end of the day.

WOW. Burgers at high prices! They give coupons which is really good but the prices on burgers are very high.(I thought.) The salad bar is alright but they could use a little more of a selection on the bar. They had a good choice of dressings. I ordered shrimp Thai Poi which was not good at all. My husband ordered salmon which he liked. He liked the sauce. I did not like the sauce on my shrimp Thai Poi. The service was good. We had a very nice waitress and the place itself is really nice. I will go back but will not order that meal again.

Yes, Ruby Tuesday, a corporately formatted lower mid-market eatery serving calorie ridden comfort food, was our dining choice in Lakewood NJ. When this restaurant first opened the quality was good and the dining experience encouraged return dining. In our recent visit, the family ordered hickory bourbon chicken, salmon and crab cakes. Sides were asparagus, salad bar, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The beverages, iced tea, fruit infused tea and a bottle of Angry Orchard hard cider. Overall nothing was outstanding — crab cakes used to be great, now they are flat over extended(with bread or potato it is difficult to discern); the sauce, accompanying the crab cakes, was tangy with a hot peppery finish — this added to the crab dish. The un-sweetened iced tea was refreshing. The fruit infused tea wasn’t up to the restaurant’s earlier opening standard. As it relates to the food — the restaurant needs to up its game, a refresher from corporate is sorely needed. So much for the food; the staff, especially Dakota(server 860), salvaged our dining experience. She was upbeat, personable and made an otherwise dreary visit a positive and memorable dining experience! In summary, the facility is clean, parking adequate, staff responsive, food and drink — attractive but not very good.

Stopped in for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. Only 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Food took a very long time to arrive. Food came out lukewarm, but we waited so long for it I didn’t want to wait longer if I had sent it back. Server took very long to get back to clear table so I requested check right away. Sat for at least 15 min waiting for check. Still only 3 tables occupied. Went to find server. Found her chatting with other workers near bar. Worst service I ever had at chain restaurant.

As chain restaurant’s go it edges out Applebees and Fridays, but not by much. The food is ok, not bad for a family meal at a reasonable price. The turkey burger here is one of the tastiest around, but don’t be fooled into thinking that because it’s a turkey burger that you’re eating healthy. The plain turkey burger here is about 800 calories, just the burger alone. With fries, it chimes in at over 1200 calories. But it is tasty. The ribs are surprisingly good for a chain. My favourite item is the Parmesan Chicken Pasta. It’s delicious, but there have been instances when the pasta was overcooked and they were skimpy on the cheese, maybe this depends on the cook that’s working at the time. And even a couple of times when it wasn’t available because they ran out of the parmesan chicken. The service has been on and off here, some day’s it’s good, and some it’s mediocre at best, but not so bad that it would stop me from coming for a bite to eat.

We come in here about once every 3 months. This time we changed it up and had no salad bar. Instead we both went for the Ribs. Turns out they are excellent. Fell right off the bone. I had the mix n match Ragin Cajun and the Heavens Hog flavors. The Cajun was not very hot as advertised just had a slight kick. The Heavens hog was a classic BBQ sauce with lots of bacon. And it’s true everything taste better with bacon. Service was average. Mango margarita were Excellent.

Just finished our meal. My wife didn’t receive her Birthday Gift from Ruby Tuesday So Connected, we talked to the Manager and she had no problem comping us for the value of it. The waitress /server Erica was fantastic, she spaced out our courses perfectly, she did not rush us and was very pleasant. The food arrived feeling like it just came out of the oven. The quality was great!

Pretty standard fare for a chain restaurant. Decent service and good food. I had the chicken fresca and it was very good. The salad bar was mediocre, not bad but not outstanding.

Their food is delicious, and I like that the average calories are listed in the menu. My tablemates liked their red meats, and my piece if talapia was perfect. The salad bar was only alright, but you don’t go to RT for the salad bar, that’s what Saladworks is for. This location seems to be hit-and-miss. A couple years ago after Superstorm Sandy hit, the staff was head & shoulders better than any other chain restaurant I’d ever been to, accommodating a constant queue and people pushed to their emotional limits. Tonight… none of the 6 people in my party were asked if we were happy with our meal, and NOT A SINGLEREFILLWASOFFERED! I finished my water before my entre arrived, and went the rest of the meal with nothing to drink. I’d have asked for more but the next time our«waitress» came back was to deliver the check. And no, it was not a busy night. It’ll be a long time before I go back, but there really is no reason to with plenty of other options within a stone’s throw. Houlihan’s was right across the highway, what were we thinking?! Oh yeah, we were on a budget… you get what you pay for.

Greasiest burger ever. Ordered it medium rare but it came more done. Gets a star only because the service was great.

In town for business, located right next to the hotel I’m staying at. Have always enjoyed their burgers and normally there is a spot open at the bar. Bartender Chris(female) was very friendly and made sure everything I needed/wanted was taken care of. Interacts with customers very well, you can tell she either really enjoys her job or does a great job of putting on a happy face. Went with the black and bleu burger, comes on a pretzel bun with bacon on top. I didn’t expect it to be as salty as it was but still very good. After typing all that out, it makes sense why. Came out very fast, and was cooked to order. Good portion of fries along side, not so many the plate is buried but don’t feel like you got shorted either. Drink selection is everything you could hope for from a standard fully stocked bar. They had some ads out for happy hour which looked appealing but wasn’t in the mood for adult drinks that night. All in all great experience, could have hung out longer but was happy to be in and out so quick on this occasion.

Overall waste of money. First off, my boyfriend and I got the salad bar which was clearly lacking in options. It didn’t taste too bad but it only got worse from there. I ordered the buffalo chicken sliders because I assumed that’d be a safe bet but apparently you can mess them up. I had 3 bites and I was done. It might have been halfway because of the rancid smell of what they served my boyfriend Because the worst of it all was what my boyfriend received. He ordered the special 10oz New York strip steak. It came out with this sauce that looked up straight up orange grease. When he started cutting it it was like cutting a slab of raw meat. It seemed as if they cooked it in the microwave. Overall disgusting and a waste of $ 40. Very disappointed

Like everyone else said this is a chain. I’ve been here before and it was okay. They’re definitely trying to be more upscale than every other chain restaurant in brick but I’m not sure how successful that’s going for them. Went for dinner for the first time in a long time and was extremely disappointed. Waitress was distracted, kept looking out towards the door, I ordered a drink that never came, my water glass was constantly empty, and on top of it all my steak was not cooked(rare when I ordered medium well). I sent it back and the manager delivered it back to me ANDITSTILLWASNTCOMPLETELYCOOKED! If you’re going to pay more for a chain restaurant you might as well just walk across the parking lot to Longhorn.

This restaurant is, well, it’s a Ruby Tuesday’s. That being, it’s a chain food joint that serves better quality food than places like TGI Friday’s and Applebees, and unlike the latter two — probably won’t end up giving you indigestion or food poisoning. No, generally speaking, Ruby’s are pretty solid«American» style restaurants — serving up typical burgers, fried food, and whatever the«in» thing is. As far as RT’s go, this one is among the cleaner ones I’ve been to, and better staffed than most. Service has always been fairly attentive, food hot and fresh, and the salad bar kept stocked with crisp lettuce, gelatinous ham-like mystery meat, and enough salad dressings to bathe a small child in. The bar is OK, has all the popular liquors and watery macro-brew beers(like Coors, Bud, etc), but sadly very little in regards to anything resembling craft or local brews. I might come here more often if they had even 1 – 2 local /craft beers on tap — sorry, but the big brands don’t usually tempt me enough to warrant the cost. As mentioned earlier, the menu here is fairly typical of traditional American chains. The burgers are tasty and plump, the french fries are usually pretty great(and of the shoestring variety), and the apps are big enough to share. My go-to dish whenever I come here are the Ruby Mini’s, which are only $ 9.99 and come with the salad bar. Between those two tiny burgers and a hearty plate of salad, I’m usually stuffed. RT’s never really«wowed» me into wanting to go back frequently, but never really upset me either — making it into my rotation of places to hit during late nights when nothing else is open. This really should be more of a 3.5 star review, but since that’s not an option, I’ll throw it up as a 4. The service really has been pretty great here, which is a huge plus.

Ruby Tuesday’s is a chain that has certain things you expect to see. This place has all of those things. Their petite plates available for lunch are great. It’s really the perfect amount of food anyone really. I wish they did them for dinner as well. If I had to say something negative, there salad bar has a few less items then some other places I’ve been to. But it’s still good.
