Denny’s

This place is open 24 hours and at a convenient location. However, the girls that work here are clueless when it comes to customer service. They are very slow or won’t even come to your table to ask what you need or anything. You have to call them over and ask for what you need. Your dirty plates stay on your table. Welcome to this new generation of workers who take on employment that focuses on customer service but yet fail in that category in every manner.

The food is your typical Denny’s food. However the customer service at this location is very slow. Even when the dining area isn’t busy it seems to always be slow. Perhaps understaffed. However the food was good, no complaints in that department. I highly recommend the veggie burger and seasoned fries.

Took them 45 mins to bring me a quesadilla. And it was cold like it’s been sitting there for a while. The manager offered me another but I wasn’t going to sit there for another 45 mins when I can make a much better one at home in 10 mins. Can’t even get a simple order right & the waitress we had was slow. I asked her if I could have a Shirley temple she brought me Sprite. So I had to ask again and she just brought me the syrup for it. Smh. Denny’s always has had horrible service and this one is just like any other.

This dennys location has never been good. Ups and downs it seems.
This visit took the cake.
Food was not to our satisfaction
Service was no attentive.
Our check was not split as indicated to server while ordering. When ask to correct. She got fustrated and informed us. She could not do it. Her computer was small? What? What does that mean?
She asked that i take it up with cashier. She was overwhelmed with 4 tables. The manager did nothing and was not visible. She apparently was in kitchen cooking.
The food was cold and took over 40 mins to come to table. When it did. It did so in episodes
I had to remind server 4 times for toast. Pancakes burned and promotional fantastic 4 ommelete was horrible.
There seems to have been a change here with management for the worse.
Its a dennys i know what im getting. Can you atleast try to be a good dennys.

OMG!!! What a disaster!!! Sssssslllllloooowwwww service. The entire place was complaining about slow service. Waiting to be seated in a half empty dump. Waiting for menus. Waiting for drinks. Waiting for our order to be taken… you get the point. Waiting can be an ok thing is the food is right and tasty. But nooooo they had to be über slow giving us the wrong food and also partial orders. The waitress even decided to cancel my chicks dessert order because it was going to take too long. Crazy. No awareness. No accountability. I was never fed. On the upside the Jack In The Box up the street was fast AND got my order right. Do yourself a favor and go .2 miles west to Crazy Ottos.

My friends and I went on a Sunday night (like around 11pm) anyways our server took 30 minutes to come take our order, it wasnt busy at all. Ok didn’t care, we weren’t starving. Then a big group came in and were sat by us. He took their order right away (drinks) ten minutes later came back and took their order. Our cups were empty by then and he saw and did nothing. So now I’m getting frustrated anyways to long of a story, the other group got their food first and cups refilled constantly blah blah blah an hour or two after we were there we finally get our food and get ignored again. We Won’t be going here ever again. Never had such shit service. Oh and he also fucked up when he was charging us and was frustrated with us over his mistake. Dummy.

Ok, so for being a Denny’s, overall the last couple visits have been pretty good. Every time we’ve been here it was before 12 noon (usually were waiting for our # to be called at DMV) and it’s never been more then ½ full. The staff is always nice, sometimes they’re a little slow/​take a while to get us drinks or greet us, but at least they’re not rude and slow. I try to order something different each time and all the food I’ve had has been really good thus far. The one item my bf had that was not very good was the pot roast… the meat was really fatty, it was super salty and it just wasn’t that good, but I had the $ 8 chicken, broccoli cheddar skillet and I really liked that! So nice crew, good food but they lose 2 stars (in all honesty, I’d give em 3.5 if I could) because of cleanliness. The floors looked ok (I didn’t get down and inspect em or anything), the bathroom stinks a little and the windows, blinds & window ledges are nasty. We generally try to sit at the long booth on the far end of the restaurant since we usually have our baby with us, we don’t want to be in the middle of things & have her be disruptive. Now that my daughter is crawling, standing, walking assisted and puts EVERYTHING in her mouth, we like to stand her in the booth so she can move around… BIG mistake! The blinds had this film of who-​knows-​what and the ledge had dust bunnies galore and even other things idk what they were. As I was wiping off my daughters hands & face, I said something to the server along he lines of «these ledges are nasty!» and his response was «oh, uh, yea…» I used a baby wipe to wipe off part of the ledge where my babies hands were but that’s just unacceptable! That should be part of somebody’s side work! And if the front looks like this, I can’t even imagine what the back looks like… ew! We may come back next time we have a wait at DMV, but I truly hope they clean this stuff up… if it’s not, we will just walk right back out! There’s other places we can eat for the same price.

The 2 things i ordered They were out of! What kind of breakfast place doesnt have hasbrowns. Pretty dumb of u ask me. And the server was a complete moron!

Under new management and they are doing very very well. We were here on a Friday night about 6. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and friendly service. The cook did an excellent excellent job on my top sirloin and we had fresh vegetables not frozen steam to perfection. The cook we had comes to work after three, he’s worth waiting for. We had special request on how our food was prepared. It was prepared just the way we requested. We ate at this restaurant one month ago, under new management and cook it has improved 10 fold.

Do not eat here! Ive gotten terrible food poisoing and staff is rude and very forgetful. Not to mention the atmosphere is very ghetto and creepy and night especially forget about it!

It’s in a horrible area. Plenty of seedy characters walking around. The inside is good. Typical Dennys. The manager was great and the new employee was happy and trying her best. Our food took a little bit longer but it was sort of busy. The food was all good. The soda’s were flat, but they brought out something else. I probrably won’t come here again, but it’s only because you feel like your car will get broken into.

We come here for the service. We know it is usually going to be fast, decent food, reasonably priced, and they usually don’t screw up too bad, with my girl and my daughter’s orders. This time, was just what you come to expect from Denny’s.
My daughter decided she wanted spaghetti for breakfast, so what better place to go then Denny’s?(It was her choice).
We were seated right away, and like I said, service is fast and friendly. They took, our drink orders, brought our food, and we were out in under 45 minutes. If we could have just got a refill for my daughter, who waited for about 15 minutes, we never saw the waitress again after she dropped off the check, she brought her side salad before she brought her meal instead of about 5 minutes afterwards, it would have gotten a 5, instead! My daughter likes her sauce on the side, so she gets it that way all the time. I guess when you order it on the side, its not hot, or just about room temperature. Not a big deal because she poured a little bit onto her BOILING hot spaghetti. My girl ordered French Toast without powdered sugar. Not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen doesn’t listen, so she sent it back, and we got a new order within minutes. Now for mine. I am a huge lord of the rings/​hobbit nerd, so I saw they had a Hobbit menu and ordered the Honey Coated French Toast. I just didn’t know it was just a slice of bread smothered in honey. Don’t you usually cook French Toast? Maybe it was just me, or maybe it was the honey, but it was just a slice of hard bread with no flavor, topped with a ton of honey. I guess the honey is there to give it flavor. The eggs were good, but the best thing was this HUGE piece of sausage they gave me. I think they called it a breakfast sausage, but not the normal breakfast sausage that comes with everything else. The bacon was crisp, for me and my girl, and the toast did have a ton of butter, so it wasn’t all that bad. But shouldn’t spaghetti come with garlic bread? Food-​3
It is a place we go to when we are in a rush. It isn’t our first choice, but it could have been much worse. The waitress was very apologetic, and the girl at the register offered to take my French toast off, but it was no big deal. A little skirmish broke out with 2 parties of 3 that swore they got there before one another, but the hostess and the manager took care of it before it got out of hand. I did send my girl and daughter outside because of the language, but other than that, we will be back. Overall-3.5

Someone plz tell me what to order here! I always order the wrong thing. Only highlight of visit was free desert. Just don’t know what they make best. Help me out!

Slow service and cold food.

The people here are very nice and though my order was taken fast and served fast after that the waitress didn’t bother to ask if we needed anything and my boyfriend wanted a coffee refill but besides that its good.

I brought my young daughters here to have a bite and kill some time prior to an appointment. We ordered the pancake puppies and a side of bacon. I asked for lemon slices for my water. Our order came and the server brought a small dish of icing. The promo on the placemat said they come with a side of syrup for dipping. When I asked for the syrup he seemed surprised. I didnt point out the promo, though maybe I should have. I also had to remind him about my lemon slices. Being Dennys, I dont expect too much. But I do expect the staff to know their menu, and to not forget something simple like lemon slices. I do have to say that the pancake puppies were pretty delish. :-)

They suck all these days in here fucking up people food. If we. weren’t high we would had left… lazy bithes

Every time I go there with my hubby we order the make your own grand slam with a hot chocolate and it’s awesome. I love the food and the service is outstanding. All the employees are polite.

It’s not a four star restaurant, so don’t come looking for limo service. I enjoy this specific Denny’s. It’s always busy, but the service is quick enough and the servers are friendly.
