Great option for healthy food in Lancaster. My son said based on the pizza alone he’d give it 5 stars. Owners are also super nice and attentive.

The heart is in the right place for sure here. If you are looking for fresh food, fresh ingredients lovingly crafted, this is the right spot in the area. Truth be told, this spot can’t stack up against anything similar in metro LA, SD, or Orange County, but beggars can’t be choosers here in the west end of the desert. Smoothies hit the spot, egg-salad was made-to-order and perfectly balanced texture, eggless egg-salad was even better with deLISH avocado, and pizza was a nice option for the picky kid. Veggie patty panini was a little lacking and patty was only VONS freezer quality. Owner operator is a dear. Ambiance is nice, and seating was comfy.

Fast, friendly service. I ordered the peach smoothie and it was delicious! I haven’t had a chance to eat here yet, but the choices on the menu look healthy and appealing. The restaurant itself is nice and clean on the inside.

Found this place and was not disappointed! Had the spicy egg salad sandwich, squash soup & cranberry walnut salad. I loved all of it! The restaurant was clean & bright, and had nice holiday touches. If you’re looking for fresh, fast, and delicious, go here! Good for the body, good for the taste buds!

So happy they were able to deliver to us in East Lancaster. No one likes to deliver on this side of Lancaster. The food was so good and healthy. I will def order from them again.

A-OK, that’s what Unilocal says three stars means. And that’s how I feel about this place. Listen, the gal working that day was so nice and very helpful. The only problem was, she was the ONLY one working… at lunch time. While we were there, she called someone to come in to help. But by then, it was too little-too late. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. As a matter of fact, nothing was amazing. The only thing that really stands out in my memory is that the lady serving us was really nice. Not a great place, but certainly not bad.

I was in Lancaster for interviews and appointments and it had taken longer than expected so I was looking for a vegan spot to get some lunch and I found Get Fresh Café on Unilocal… I was looking at the menu and saw several items I wanted to try and I was curious to see if the raw zucchini salad was vegan so I called them. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so nice and polite and full of positive energy! She informed the dish was Egan and that they actually had more vegan items available than what I was seeing online. I headed over there right after my appointment and though it was a bit hard for me to find I was so glad I went. I ordered a lot because it all sounded so good and honestly I kind of wish I ordered more! They def stay true to their name … It was some of the freshest food I have ever had and it was amazingly delicious !!! I ordered the eggless egg salad sandwich and I couldn’t put it down the bread and everything was so good and it was stuffed so full that it kept falling out as I was eating it but I then used the chips to scope it up and even the chips with the egg salad mix was so good. The aroma of the pesto when I opened the container was to die for and it was so good!!! I want to eat it everyday!!! The taco salad I ordered I kept for super so I just stuck it in the fridge when I got home and even with all the travel and time it was amazing!!! NOTE: if you are getting it to go you might want to get the chips on the side(I had it without the chips and was so in love with the salad). The dressing was so good and again everything tasted so fresh and delicious Honestly everything was packed full of flavor and fresh delicious goodness! I will be back and I may just have to order one of every vegan thing they have !!! I highly highly highly recommend this place!!!

I enjoy this restaurant and the options they provide. They accommodate to vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters alike. I recently got the vegan meatball sub which was excellent but, small for the price. The teas are refreshing and the smoothies are flavorful. The seating is small but great for the location.

Couldn’t be any more satisfied with Get Fresh Café. I have been here several times, today I tried the Tuna with a kick wrap. It was delicious. They have three variations of iced tea to choose from I always choose black tea because it’s just my favorite but the others look & sound tasty too. I’m glad there’s a healthy convenient choice in the AV!

I went here with my friend who is vegetarian. I had never had a gluten free, vegetarian meal, until here. I would think the food would be tasteless/bland, but boyyyy was I wrong. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the endless egg salad, and a tuna sandwich, they were absolutely amazing! I’m not vegan nor vegetarian, but this place makes me want to be one! lol I will definitely be going back!

Fantastic, quaint little sandwich shop. I had the half soup/sandwich with a great kickin’ tuna sandwich and kale sausage soup! It’s very quiet and enjoyable, I’m sure my three kids disturbed the peace a little. :-) Thanks for the great food!

Really good salads, raw zucchini noodles with pesto, and green smoothies! This was the perfect place to stop for a light, healthy lunch in the middle of a road trip!

This place is exceptional. The owner, Patsy, is hospitable and great at what she does. A perfect example of someone who loves what she does. She’s created a small menu of great and affordable dishes. I’m Vegan and went there thinking I’m in for a mediocre experience — especially because this place isn’t DEDICATED to veganism. Well I was proven wrong. I had the endless egg salad sandwhich. She broke down how she made it. We got raw deserts. A brownie with no sugar and all whole food ingredients. She also has dishes for omnivores and vegetarians. In antelope valley this place is a diamond find. She just earned a returned customer. Highly recommend.

Conveniently close to my hotel. Quick, fresh, healthy and delicious! I stopped in for lunch and asked the cashier for her gluten free recommendations, and took her up on the zucchini pesto pasta, which I added turkey to. It was incredibly delicious. I ordered the kale, sausage soup to take back to the hotel with me for later and ate my zoodles outside at their bistros table to enjoy the day. This is my new favorite spot, and I plan to come here every time I’m in town.

Perfect place for a fresh, healthy meal! I ordered the egg salad sandwich and butternut squash soup. I recommend the egg salad sandwich, as you can get it spicy and non-spicy. The owner is so sweet and welcoming! And it looks so inviting on the inside. My favorite part is the benches with the pillows.

After seeing several positive Unilocal reviews I made time to come try Get Fresh Café. You walk in and order at the counter. The girl who helped me was pleasant and I liked the knick knack decorations to the left of the counter. I thought it was odd that all of their cutlery except for the silverware and soup bowl were paper. They gave me a small paper cup of water and my salad came on a large paper plate. I ordered the cranberry walnut salad and the butternut squash soup. They served me the salad first and it was delicious and very fresh with lots of kale, cranberries and walnuts. The vinegarette dressing made it the perfect lunch salad. After finishing my salad they brought me the soup. It was mildly warm, but surprisingly quite spicy. I’m used to butternut squash soup being very mild and slightly sweet. I needed three cups of water to finish the soup and that’s a little to much in my book. Overall I left full and satisfied. I was surprised how busy it was at lunch time, by the time I left all the tables(about five) were full and people were waiting to sit down. They do have free wifi with plenty of outlets by the tables. They have one bathroom that was clean. I wish the menu was a bit more extensive, but I would come back. I think they are a new business and have room to improve, but I’m glad that they are in the AV.

We started off trying the butternut squash soup, a flavorful blend of organic butternut squash with coconut milk, peanuts, fresh vegetables and spices. Opinion? Once we had it heated a little bit more, I liked it! Open only a week, so yet to be discovered by people. I’m delighted to have another organic restaurant in town. This is great, healthy, light food to get you through the hot summer, and Vegan friends will now have some more options, too. Thirsty? Do it yourself and head over to the frosty self-serve water jug filled with ice, cucumber and lemon. I noted on the back of the menu that they deliver! Half a star for being organic. You can’t have enough organic food places and people are starting to catch on to the fact that«Organic Matters». By the way, it’s located facing(north of) GNC and the Thai Café. Next we decided to try the Rodeo Drive sandwich but with substitute of organic sprouted bread and provolone. There was a generous serving of roast beef(grass fed), and with the sprouted bread, that was a hefty sandwich we were glad to be sharing. The horseradish aoli on the bread was mild but still flavorful and we asked for extra to slather on, which enhanced the flavor and also made the sandwich perfectly moist. This was a cold sandwich, but the wall board tempted me to next time try a Cheese Steak, Hot Turkey, or maybe the Grilled Cheese(a lifetime favorite). Decisions, decisions. Then we opted to try a couple side salads — coleslaw, and also the kale salad. Owner Patsy showed the beautiful kale she was going to freshly make up into salad for us(see the gorgeous deep green in the photo that just screams, «Getting healthy!!!» She cut up fresh broccoli in it and then sprinkled sesame seeds over it. I liked the combination of greens with the slightly sweet dressing. Not in love with the coleslaw but I’d definitely order the kale side salad again. Finally, we decided to share a large smoothie for dessert, the Strawberry & Pineapple, which wasn’t too sweet and lowered the guilt level. They’re brand new in their opening, but I think they have good potential for another healthy dining spot.
