Been coming here once a month for over 4 years. Never ordered delivery so I can’t help you with that. However, the food is fresh and constantly replaced with a fresher batch, the entrée plates you order are filled to the fullest capacity, so you definitely get quantity. Quality speaking, the food is amazing. Never had an experience where the food got me sick or the meat was bland. Definitely better than Panda Express or other local Chinese food joints. Jackie/Jacky is very professional and courteous. Hands down the best place for Chinese fast food in this area. A definite recommendation on my end.

The rudest customer service, Asian lady who ALWAYS answers the phone always has an attitude and is constantly changing the policy on the delivery charge every time I call, and changes menu item prices with each kind of meat item you choose from, I will NEVER order from them again until they get rid of that rude woman.

You get a whole lot of food — you just don’t want to eat it. I ordered for delivery. My dinner was a two item combo, Kung Pao Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken. The food looked like it sat around all week. Everything was the same color — a dark brown. The vegetables were mushy and the whole thing was inedible. My husbands was the same dark color. Not worth the money.

Hey, it’s Chinese fast food. How good or bad could it be? So I’ve had Dragon Garden(see my review) and so naturally it was time to try HKE(Hong Kong Express). Like Dragon Garden, HKE is nestled in a strip mall complete with your lively ‘characters’ adding to the daily drama and atmosphere of the place. Once inside I was greeted and shown nice customer service. Btw, this place also serves buy 1 get free shaved snow ice. Ok so cut to the chase: Chow Mein: Pretty alright, bigger better noodles than Dragon Garden. Orange Chicken: looked good, sadly it was soggy and gelatinous.. The meat was like half good, and half I dunno what animal that came from. Egg rolls are my fave. These were soggy, floppy sticks of lukewarm veggie mush. Yes, I still ate them. So yeah it’s a toss up between HKE and Dragon Garden. Both are mediocre, bit can be good, and both will leave you hungry within an hour or two. :)

I have been ordering delivery from this place for over a year. It hasn’t been perfect every time, but with restaurants it never is and they are the only place around that delivers Chinese food. Just want to give a shout out tonight to Irene who was very nice taking my order over the phone. As a business owner I appreciate good service. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

Honestly, I’ve never written a report on Unilocal however, my experience here was so terrible that I feel obliged to share my feedback. I was happy to see this place delivered but that’s were the good part ends. I ordered $ 25 worth of food that I actually threw away because it was trash. The food was disgusting and literally made me sick. Complete waste of money. Also, the description for the shrimp said«jumbo» online but they were actually mini shrimp. It also smelled like vomit. I wish this was a joke but it was that awful. I called to let them know and whoever answered told me «ok thanks». Just terrible. Go anywhere else!

Pretty decent food. Spicy food wasn’t spicy at all & consisted of more vegetables more than anything. It’s definitely a lot for your money. I spent $ 24& had enough for 2 days. Very good for those on a budget, being frugal or a college student craving Chinese food. I wouldn’t call it authentic, but it’s a heck of a lot better than Panda Express. They DODELIVER which s a huge plus. I’m not sure why it says they don’t, but they do. You just have to order $ 15 worth of food & they tack on a $ 2 delivery fee. Overall, I will be ordering from here again. I just wish the food was spicier & there were less veggies & more meat/protein/seafood.

The first time I had their food it was good so I reordered a second time! I was disappointed! The Kung pao chicken was black and not spicy and the chicken in it didn’t even taste like chicken. The food was bland and it gave me a horrible stomach ache.

Got tired of ordering delivery pizza so we tried looking for Chinese delivery. We normally pick up from a competitor. However they do not deliver. Comparing apples to apples, the cashew chicken was not equal to our usual. The chicken was inferior, there were fewer cashews than we are used to. The flavor was lacking. We also had sweet/sour pork. Again, it wasn’t the same quality we are used to. The pro, once again, was that they delivered.

We have ordered from there 3 times, first time was horrible. Fatty chicken, tough beef. We just gave it a try for the third time and it was THE worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. I called to say something and got bitched at by the«manager» and he hung up on me. Never again Hong Kong express, I will let everyone know. I feel bad for you employees also.

Food was good and delivery was fast! They have a minimum of $ 15 for delivery which was a lot of food lol. I was happy there is one in Lancaster and it was close by. My family always ordered from the one in Palmdale. Only downfall is they didn’t have my favorite which is the honey chicken!

When my husband and I don’t feel like cooking they have awesome delivery and the portions are huge it’s plenty for dinner and lunch the next day. We’ve been on the hunt for a place that is good and delivers so we are happy to find it :-)

We stopped by because of the 4 star rating but found the experience subpar. Rice and teriyaki chicken were ok, bbq pork and kung pao were not good and the black pepper chicken and cream cheese wontons were good. Not a great neighborhood and kind of a worn, slightly dirty feel to the place. We won’t be back.
