Ugh. This is literally the closest fast food place to my home. I love the food and the staff is usually pretty nice, so no complaints there. However, I have no choice but to give this location a 1 star review. Why? Because they’re open til 10(drive thru) but run out of everything, consistently, by about 8:30. This is ridiculous. I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, there’s absolutely no reason they should be «out» of anything at 8:30pm when they close at 10. If you’re open til 10 you serve a full menu til 9:59 and not a second earlier. The guy at the drive thru tonight(Travis) actually said, «We have enough green beans for about ¾ of an order.» I can’t blame Travis… Travis needs a better manager. I have literally driven out of this place and across the street to In n Out at least A DOZEN times, because Panda was out of food, AGAIN! That’s insane! Either adjust the amount of food you’re going to make, or adjust your hours, but you can’t have it both ways! The crazy part is, you can’t possibly tell me a nationwide franchise is actually running out of any of this stuff… It’s simply a management decision that’s being made not to make the food after a certain time. For the record, that leads to far more pissed off customers than saved food. «Hi, yes, we’re still open, but sorry, we have nothing to sell you. How about you just place an order for lunch tomorrow?» Ridiculous.

Worst service I have ever gotten at a Panda Express. I honestly don’t know why I continue to come to this location. They are rude, make you wait forever before they even take your order at the drive thru, and they have gotten my order wrong so many times. Do yourself a favor and find another location to go to if you can, I’m sure you will actually get better service.

Yes there was actually teriyaki given on the side with my teriyaki chicken tonight! Thank you(name on receipt is Janet) please school ALONNA on this amazing technique. You only get 2 stars because now you don’t have piña colada sobe, first no strawberry daiquiri sobe, now no piña colada, what next no green tea sobe? The bottles are much better than any fountain drink could ever be. Please go to Vallarta and stock up on all the flavors. Yeah I could just go there and get them myself but I just love being charged double by you panda

***** Buns, Buns, Buns ***** This is exactly what I need to get away from the constant consumption of burgers :-) Yay! Chow mien & rice with some kung pow and teriyaki chicken. This Panda Express is located within a nice plaza. I was able to get in & out quickly with my food to-go. The staff was friendly and the food was on the mark! Service = Good Seating area = Clean Restroom = Clean Makes for a good place to make a pit stop.

So disapointed, I love panda but here in the av their orange chicken is super dark like burnt. the teriaki is super thick and dark as well. They usually give smaller portions than most Chinese food places but this place gives the smallest of all pandas. I’ve gone twice now hoping for better but I don’t even crave it anymore.

I’m situated about a mile from either Panda Express in AV. I come to this one because of the service and the employees always seem to want to interact with you. Doing a general conversation about my military experience which the cashier asked about at the end she«Thank me» for my service and gave me a military discount. In all my time I frequent Panda Express I never knew about this. 4 thumbs up for the Cashiers… Thank you Stephanie…

I have been there twice recently at 1130. Both times they were out of teriyaki chicken. Really??? It’s barely lunch time!!!

One of the best in town and I have eaten at all of them in the Antelope Valley. Great people working here, food very good. I have to drive across town to get here but well worth it. I went to lunch at about 2:30 in the afternoon and they did not have one of the items I wanted, which was fine, at that time I did not expect them to have a full array of food it was not lunchtime anymore. I was not annoyed at all by this but the manager offered me a free drink to wait for my food, was much appreciated however did not expect it, was very kind. I like this Panda but let me rant about restaurants and fast food that have drive-throughs, I’ve never understood them, people should just come in if they want to take out, people are just to lazy or to fat and it waste gas! :-) also Wi-Fi no restaurant should offer that at all, just makes people hang around and waste restauranteurs time. It is one of the major reasons why I don’t go to Panera bread. Done with my rant, like everyone cares about what I say :-/

We go to this Panda because it’s right around the corner. It’s your typical drive-through«Chinese» food locale. The food is hit or miss, the service is hit or miss, and if you order more than three entrees, it will be wrong. That’s my shortest review but it’s Panda Express, you know why you’re here.

Fast food chains are fast food chains. They’re quick, easy, and greasy. Can’t live with them, can’t live without them! We were on our way back to OC from a long drive up north and decided we wanted something Asian and something fast. The next Panda Express we can find was hours away which was this one. We noshed on some junk food in the car to calm our hunger down. It was 8:30PM and finally we were here just 30 minutes before closing. We went in and there was no one there except for one lady who was about to leave. We can’t help but overhear her say that she wanted her egg rolls free for waiting too long. Yikes! Seconds later and more people came in after us. Not sure where they all came from but a line was forming behind us. There was almost no food on the trays. We requested for orange chicken, chow mein, and fried rice. The lady behind the counter asked us multiple times if we were willing to wait for the kitchen to cook more food as it would take 10 mins. We said we’ll wait. She asked again if we’re sure and we said yes. I somehow got the feeling that they didn’t want to cook anymore. They took our order, we paid, then had us wait so they can take care of the other patrons behind us. While taking their order, it was perfect timing that the dishes got refilled so they were served their food right away. Finally, they started piling food on our styro plate but there wasn’t enough left. The manager, Alicia went ahead and sealed the styros for us but before you know it, my sister was on to her asking if she was planning to give us our order that was clearly scraps of what was left on the tray and far from a regular portion. The manager stared at her dead on and said yes. My sister gave it to her and told her to either make sure we get what we paid for or give us a full refund. I was in shock with how the manager responded because she was not apologetic at all. She was giving us an attitude and asking us what we wanted… a refund or to wait for the kitchen to cook again?! Amazing! We had kids and we were hungry. We wanted to be fed so we waited for another 15 minutes for the kitchen to refill their trays. Manuel, another server was somehow cordial and apologetic. He took over and tried to smooth things out for us. He made sure we got taken cared of first when the food came before serving other patrons. That was much appreciated. However, the damage has already been done. I was flabbergasted by everything the store manager did. She really needs to be replaced or given proper training. If I were the owner, I would not trust her with my store. We were about to leave and a man came in. They told him they were closed but oh boy, little did they know that he was a customer who has been waiting for his food for God knows how long in his car. He paid at the drive-through counter and was asked to wait in his car but they forgot about him. Ouch! He created quite a scene in there and said how none of them know what they’re doing inside. He’s been watching them from outside and clearly saw how they operate. He got his money back and left fuming. I don’t blame the guy! Corporate needs to make a visit to this store and do something fast!

This panda is usually pretty busy, being on the outskirts of town and next to the freeway and the movie theater. I called in my order in order to speed up the process and it worked out great. I got the string bean chicken, sweet fire chicken and steamed rice and it was all delicious and fresh. As with all Panda’s I would double check to make certain it is fresh in order to assure the best dining experience. The attendants were friendly and it was a fast pick up.

This is my favorite Panda location in the AV. The food is always fresh, warm, and they give good portions. I love the fact that they have a drive through, which usually moves along pretty fast. The staff is so friendly, they are so much better than most other fast food, and even better than other Panda’s, they really hire good people at this location. They act like they really enjoy and care about their jobs, which is very refreshing!

This, like any Panda Express, is yummy for cheap Chinese food. Same menu, same prices, but I wanted to review this one specifically because I eat here more than any other. The customer service is good and the servers are polite. The place is clean and I haven’t gone in when it is too terribly busy. Its great for a quick lunch. If you are in a bit of a hurry you should go inside and not through the drive through. Its hard to communicate well through that little box and you never know if there person in front of you ordered 50 egg rolls for the office or something where you are stuck in line.

Very basic food, service, and cleanliness. Had to wait 20 minutes for beef and broccoli. The soda fountain was flat and had too much syrup.

Was going to order orange chicken and a soda but after standing in line for 12 minutes I decided that it wasn’t going to happen. I would have been better off going through the drive through. To bad too, because the orange chicken looked really good. Only had two families ahead of me and the employees were taking their sweet sweet time like no one was strapped for time. I especially loved how when it came to be our turn in line that the server decided to swap out three trays of food BEFORE serving us. Forget that, you lost yourself a customer. And curse the soccer mom/daughter duo that stood way to close behind me and spoke way to loudly. Seriously whats with Lancaster people? Do they like being obnoxious and right in my personal space. Like seriously, if you dont know how to order at a Panda Express, stick to where ever you get your food from.

This Panda Express is alright. I love that it is a drive thru, because then I can pick some food up quick. The problems are, it takes a little while, especially if you order the pot stickers, and sometimes the rice is crunchy! But, I think it is getting better because I have no experienced crunchy rice lately. I would love it though, if they would cut a little more fat off the bbq pork.
