Little Caesars Pizza

What do you expect, good pizza? It is, after all Little Caesars. But, the real issue is that this location often has no hot n ready pizza ready, even during the times when they should be cranking them out non-​stop. This is an ongoing issue at this location. Unfortunately, it is only about a minute away from where I live, and it should be convenient, but more often than not, it isn’t.

Never have hot and ready pizza available. Isn’t that what Little Caesars is all about. This is the 3^rd time and no pizza ready. If I wanted to wait. I would order from a better pizza joint.

Customer service stinks here. No phone orders 40 minutes before closing? Really? My order only takes 10 minutes to make, I’m driving from about 10 minutes away, and you can’t take a phone order 40 minutes before you close. So I wait the 10 minutes when I could have just picked up my order, if they had just taken it over the phone. Crappy service.

April 2015: location on corner of Von’s, no signage on L. They don’t answer the phone or have phone issues. Very frustrating when trying to place carry out order! Ave N store is better. Always Friendly staff and they hustle!

It’s usually hit and miss at this location. I almost always have to wait 10 minutes because there isn’t any hot and readys READY. Staff is nice enough. Still always dread getting pizza from here because of the wait times.

Awful service! The wait times are ridiculous, do not go unless it is your last option!!!

The wait times here are pretty bad. Today on my lunch break I decided to hit up little Caesars for a lunch deal, but since it was after 2 I couldn’t get it anymore. Instead I ordered the cheesy bread, whatever. The only thing though is that I was the only customer! And it seemed like forever!!!
They take their sweet time here.

Horrible service.
Went in to ask for a supreme pizza and described the pizza toppings I wanted to the moron working the counter and had a discussion about that it would be a wait because it wasn’t hot and ready. So I went to the store next door and came back. Took my pizza home only to discover I got a pepperoni pizza. When I returned to the store Mr. Moron told me he thought I didn’t want to wait and he placed the order for a pepperoni hot and ready. Asked for the manager and she decided to give me what I actually ordered but told me it would be another 10 minute wait. As I’m posting tho it has been 11 minutes already.
I will not be coming back to this Little Caesars any time soon. Worth the trip to go to another one. Pass on this location.
