Not good had better at this location; Walnut shrimp was mealy due to being over cooked, orange chicken was TOUGH due to being over cooked, noodles were STRINGY due to being over cooked and ALMOST burnt. It Was eatable or would have got new dishes but have had MUCH better.
Service was very good and friendly but had to ask for the free cookie for the kid’s entrée.

Clean place, quick service and Marcos was very polite. Talk about courtesy and professionalism. It’s Panda Express, but there is still a level of customer service that needs to be addressed and he did very much so.

The food is good. I Personally think it’s Americanized Chinese Food and is very over priced. I’ll go to it if it’s the only place that’s opened but I try to avoid being ripped off at all cost.

This is my favorite Panda Express in town even though it doesn’t have a drive thru. The employees here are super friendly and the line always moves quickly. If you want veggies instead of rice or noodles, just ask. They make mine fresh all the time. My only complaint is that they make the orange chicken too spicy for me. I don’t handle any hot spice well though. If I want orange chicken, I go to the one up on Avenue I.

This panda is one of the best in Lancaster. Very nice employees and fast service. They make sure everything is fresh and will offer you complimentary items if you wait to long. Wish it had a drive thru but besides that I highly recommend it for Chinese food.

I have no complaints the service was. quick the food was hott and we were in and out within 10mins… Had to try the new orange chicken w. Bacon and its delicious only kuz im a bacon head def will return

I am very unhappy with the service I received here. First of all I was very unhappy to find out that the honey sesame chicken breast has been discontinued and second of all the 2 employees that were working were not nice. The one girl serving the food told the cashier I was waiting to pay for cream cheese rangoons and seeing me stand there the cashier helped the people behind me and asked me what I was waiting for and then the girl serving my food handed someone else my cream cheese rangoons. I don’t think I will be coming to this location again. You need to get better staff or something. Oh and my brown rice I’m eating is hard. Rice is supposed to be soft not hard

While of course they have the same recipes as other Panda’s, the food is not as good. It always looks like it has been sitting there a while. The pans always look half empty and like it should have been switched out a while ago. I understand they may not be that busy, but there is a reason for that. I have been twice and wanted to give it a second chance after the first experience wasn’t so great, but same thing the second time. Neither time was there even one person in line. Their portions are smaller than most other Panda’s. Staff is not friendly and look like they hate being there. Many beggars and homeless people around. While I love Panda, this location is not for me.
