Why 3 stars because I waited like 20 minutes for my fraps wth I ordered my drinks online and I saw everyone going in and out they never called me up or anything I ended up asking where was my order and by then the drinks were semi melted

Such an awesome starbucks! Cesar is awesome… remembers my name and drink all the time! One time they made a mistake on my order, I said just remove the ice and I’m good… they re-made my drink and gave me the other drink. Love these guys!!!

This is one of the best Starbucks. Fast and friendly service. I love the atmosphere and hospitality. I never have any problems with my coffee! They just do a great job. Great customer service.

What is the point of calling 3 days ahead to have a carafe filled and ready by 615 if they don’t do it! Then they have the nerve to become upset when you ask for the order or even for that matter ask to make an order. Hey fuck face I still need the fucken coffee! Regardless of your negligence. I get it stuff happens, but when someone has a solution to fix the problem and your response is, call a head. What do you think I did!!! Perhaps a better plan of communication needs to occur, a note left by the other shift, message board, something because clearly this guy had no clue…

They’re all pretty cool there. Once this customer came in and she was all sad. Cesar(sp?) was super empathetic and asked her how she was doing. Anyway, even though the lady left sad, she knew someone cared enough to ask. That’s the kind of service that makes it go from good to great. My fave SB in the AV.

Two stars only because the drive through employee, Juan I believe was his name, was polite and had good people skills. But the drink was awful. I ordered a green tea latte and all I could taste was milk. You could even tell the drink was off because it was light in color. Juan did not make the drink. I’ll give it a second chance with a different drink next time.

The people here are very rude. We ordered four drinks in the drive thru and on the way home we realizes that all of them were poorly made. We drove back and went in, the woman who had to remake the drinks was so rude about it. She kept saying over and over to any coworker who would listen that she had to remake all four drinks, but its more about how she said it. We got no apology for the drinks being messes up, just attitude for having to do her job the right way. I’m never going back.

Not my favorite Starbucks in the AV. The location was poorly designed to begin with, the drive through line stretches out into the way of people trying to leave the parking lot and causes blocked traffic. 9⁄10 times I order in the drive through they get it wrong. The last time I went to this location I asked for two separate orders through the drive through. I thought the lady understood but apparently she did not so my friend and I figured out how we were going to pay for our order. I had a 5 dollar gift card, perfect for my drink alone but the total was more along the lines of $ 12. I handed my card to the woman at the window to wait for my new total and was handed my drinks by some very awkward man who said nothing at all and just stared at me to leave the drive through and finally I spoke up «Did that card cover it all?» in confusion. Apparently the drive through cashier finally started paying attention to what was going on and gave us our new total. We literally could have driven away… but we payed the rest of our balance and pulled out of the drive through. Spoiler alert. they made my friends drink wrong o she had to go back in and get it remade.

Love love love this place love it all. The food the coffee the environment everything is so good here. It may be a little pricey but you get what you pay for which is why I truly enjoy coming here a lot.

First time walking in this Starbucks and the first impression was like walking in a library(very quite). You see a long bar full of individuals with their lap tops. Service was very friendly from beginning to end. Coffee was also fresh. Will return

What a great employee you have in the drive thru right now. Best customer service skills that I have encountered in a long time. So much so in fact made me want to write this review. Fully present she was, I felt she had patients and a serving spirit, usually in my experience… Starbucks employees have had one too many espresso shots and working quickly and efficiently but in that same manner forget the whole reason behind Starbucks sucess is their customers. Asked for a vanilla frappé grande split in half and they said nope sorry can’t do it. I explained that they provide this service at other Starbucks, then he said, «sorry not here» was in such a hurry had no time to speak to manager.

Took me 25 minutes to get to the window to pay and continued to wait an additional 7 minutes because they didn’t even start on my order and kept having to ask me about my order. Even then they didn’t get the order right. I was early to work and decided to stop in and get some coffee and was now late to work because of this detour on deciding to stop by. Dissapointed in you Starbucks!

Accommodating for people who use this Starbucks for meetings and computer time. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the customers. They have mobile ordering so I just get in and out. The parking lot isn’t a nightmare like the other Starbucks off K and challenger.

I have been coming to this starbucks for 2 weeks now, and I can say that the staff here are much more friendlier than the starbucks next to the Vallarta. The service isn’t fast or slow it just depends on the time you arrive. It’s nicely furnished and is pleasant to hangout at or study if you wish. The only thing that might bad is that they run out of cake pops but most Starbucks run out it so it’s not a big deal. I know that this will now be my go to Starbucks. P.s Try passion fruit tea with lemon aid it is great.

After I ordered, the girl did not repeat my order back correctly. I repeated myself and asked if she understood. She said yes. Couldn’t understand why the cups felt so light. When I got home I took a lid off to discover the cup was only half full… AND I felt like the assholes for asking her if she understood. Guess I should’ve talked to her like a 2 yr old.

I have been keeping a close eye on this Starbucks location for the last few weeks because I couldn’t wait until it opened. I’m always excited to see what a new Starbucks will have to offer, how the lobby will be organized, etc. Finally, I was able to see for myself last week when they had their grand opening. The lobby is very spacious and definitely has a similar look to the new location on Rancho Vista Blvd in Palmdale. There is a bar you can sit at which is a pretty cool addition to the average lobby set-up here in the AV. They offer a wide selection of coffee and merchandise much like the others in town. It wasn’t very crowded when I went but it won’t be long before it is. I believe a lot of people at the time weren’t aware that it was actually open. The baristas were very nice and engaged deeply with the customers, thoroughly explaining their products and what they had to offer. I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino which tasted a little different than what I am accustomed to. I observed another patron getting their drink remade. I’m assuming they have a few kinks to work out where the drinks are concerned but this is to be expected with a new location. Overall, I was really impressed with this Starbucks. While some may question why this location was necessary due to there being one on K and 20th, I for one am very glad it’s here. K and 20th has rapidly been going downhill for years, this will be my go to Starbucks from now on when I’m in the area.
