Horrible. This place USED to be half way decent. Now, the food is bad, service is bad, the dishes are dirty. The phone etiquette is really poor. Denny’s is a better choice.

I’m shocked to see all the bad reviews here on Unilocal.I’ve been to Primo Café several times and never had a problem with service or my meal. They have the best bean burritos and delicious fries. Everytime I come here I get seated right away and never wait a long time for my waiter to come. They do charge extra for ranch dressing but hey nothing is for free these days and it’s not a big issue with me. I always get offered dessert after my meal but always say no. This is a great restaurant to take your family or just meet up a friend for lunch or dinner. At the end of the day we all have different opinions and experinece on many things.

This place has really gone DOWN hill, and yet they have raised their prices. The place is dirty, carpets stained, with restrooms messy and always has a fowl odor. You see management hanging around and yet they do nothing to correct the problems. I would not recommend eating here … disgusting.

Horrible and i mean horrible the waiter was full of him self we waited to be seated for 10 minutes and there was burly any one there you can see the waiters talking amoung them selfs and finally some one sat us down. Then on top of that waited another 10 minutes for the waiter to give us are drinks, i mean come on you have one job here and you cant do that right i would have understand if the place was busy but he was only waiting 3 tables including mine. Food took even longer to come and just the service there was bad he gave me alot of attitude when he spoke. This happended around 11÷8÷2015 @ 9:30pm.Will never come back i mean this is the worse experience i have ever had in the restuarant business. Never will come here again. And its sad to say i did come here often but this just ruined it all.

Came here on a Friday evening to hopefully enjoy a steak. Unfortunately my 13 $(had to pay extra for a salad) steak was lukewarm and they were out of chives so do not recommend expecting a good steak dinner. In my opinion their menu is too diverse to be better than ok. Also they only serve wine margaritas.

If I were you I would just save your money and cook at home. The customer service is horrible here. Ordered our food after waiting 15 mins then our waitress was just horrible. At least 3 couples got there after us and got there food before us! After 35 mins our waiter finally got our food, some of it was cold and the main entrees just warm. Sent back the cold items only to wait another 20 mins for it to seem it just been microwaved. During the meal I finished my water and waited for a refill for about 10 mins but again the service sucked, so I just got up and got it myself. Seriously disappointed!!!

This primos used to be good went with my family waited 10 mins before I had to wave a waitress down while she was holding food talking to another table it didn’t belong to. My wife’s food had hair in it my dad’s 10 $ burrito fell apart when he picked it up my biscuits and gravy were dry this place sucks now. Since I am unable to reply to the comment on my review, i am 1 not trolling and do not have the wrong primo. I never mentioned a male server. The female servers have black hair and could easily have had their hair fall out onto my French toast, it was on top of it, it’s not an impossible thing. 2. There were 2 waitresses on staff, one was holding food and socializing with a group while doing so, who is the person who ended up being our waitress. The other, may or may not have been on a break but was also speaking with another customer. I do not appreciate because I wrote a negative reviews being called a troll or lying about what I have found. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have loved this café, this particular visit happened to be awful. I will make sure to not come back and to tell everyone what horrible management or ownership, or whomever patsy c. Is representing it is and recommend they go to a different location. It’s not professional to attack people based on a review written with honesty. I did not remove the original it was an updated review and Unilocal took the other one down patsy. It’s okay I have a screen shot and I’ll post it for you. But it still says nothing g about a male server. Never did.

The staff takes forever to acknowledge a guests presence which in my opinion is super rude and unprofessional but they get 3 stars cuz the hot wings with the sauce on the side is delicious as hell albeit on the expensive side for regular old hot wings. Will only be coming here when I have the money for overpriced food and patience for asshole servers.

We eat here often, and whenever i order a combo plate, many times I get a salad instead of fries, and I ALWAYS ask for my Salad before my sandwich or burger comes out, and ALWAYS it’s an issue, either they bring it out together, or 2 or 3 Minutes before the burger arrives! When i complain, like yesterday, I get the usual, the cooks are used to sending the food out all together, or I can take the burger/sandwich back and have it remade! That idea is such a waste of food! I heard the girl at the register, yesterday, comment to the cooks about getting the salad out first! You go to a nice restaurant, they always bring your soup or salad first! Why is it so difficult to do what the customer asks? It’s not that difficult of a request! I kept debating to ask for the manager, I did not, end up doing so, I wish I had now! I wonder if it would make a difference tho! PS: I read the response from The owner to Mayra, an unhappy customer, about taking away the waitress to go over the new menu, why would you even do this when there are customers? Have a waitress come in a few minutes early or stay a couple minutes late, or MAKESURE someone is covering her area! Not very good organization! We were here again today, sept 5th! My husband ordered a salad with his sandwich and asked for it to be brought out before the sandwich, after about 10 minutes, we had to ask the waitress, Kelly, to go get the salad, the sandwich arrived about 5 minutes later! I asked if you, Patsy, we’re here and she said no! So again we have the issue of bringing out the food too soon! He had to stop eating the salad or the sandwich would get cold! I just don’t get what the problem is! Sounds like the staff needs to be trained in how to serve the customers appropriately!

Food came cold. Ironic for Hot wings .Gave me only one little thing of ranch for 9 hot wings and zucchini fries. No biggie .My problem is with all the waitress in this place. could not get a hold of one. Waited 10 minutes of trying to wave anyone down .Its like we were playing a game of I’m invisible. Really not one could scan the lobby and notice the guy waving .I blame not the waitress but the management place feels like it has no direction.

The ambiance is very casual. The bar is separated by a wall from the restaurant. I was seated within approximately 5 minutes of arriving. Liz, my waitress quickly took my drink order. She was friendly and polite. Liz returned with my drink ready to take my order. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. Approximately 15 minutes later, Liz delivered my breakfast. The eggs were cooked exactly as I had ordered them, however the bacon was barely warm if cooked perfectly. The biscuits were a tad small but good. The gravy pretty basic. The best thing I can say about this place is the service. Liz was great!

DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE! IT’S HORRIBLE! They have the worst customer service ever. Seriously it took the waitress about 15 — 20 min to take our order. No wonder the restaurant was empty. I’m never going back! My kids were starving & all we had in more than 40 min was our drinks. I just paid for my drinks & took off. Seriously, how long does it take to make a cheeseburger & cordog. They should fire the manager.

Worst service ever!!! If i could give them zero stars i would!!! The food was crap! My omelette was Cold and the steak was all grit! When we complained they didn’t even offer to help. The waitress never tried to check and see if we needed anything and after asking for our check 3 times we still had to get up and get it ourselves !!!

Love this place! My honey and I have been going here for a couple of years now. The only reason I am giving four stars is because I am not a huge fan of their breakfast. I have been for breakfast a couple of time and sadly was not impressed either times. Lunch and dinner is awesome. Also the recently started serving mixed drinks! Yumm

I have been here several times, and each time I was hoping for improvement. The sad part was I wanted ANYTHING to improve. The food was bland and tasteless, the service was slow and impersonal, and the refreshments were limited. I hope no one else drags us here for any kind of event or get together. Very disappointed.

I come here for breakfast all the time and I love it. Nice, friendly, clean environment and friendly service. I always get the giant breakfast which is a great deal for the money. It comes with 3 eggs however you want them, bacon, ham, sausage, hash browns and 4 french toast halves. Also it comes with a coffee :-O all this for only $ 8.99 can’t be beat. I love this place and the food is delicious
