I do not know his name, but when my wife dropped off my car, he explained everything that was needed. But no costs. He called me about an hour later telling me the total was 15 $ and I could pick it up any time I wanted.
I explained I was out of town, and they told me they will gladly hold it overnight.
Came in next day and had new tire installed as well as a full check on the other 3 and a rotation and balancing done.
I will not only be back to discount tire, but will visit THIS location for its prompt service and extreme professionalism they presented.

I came here 6 months ago in need of tires to get us through the winter and they gave an affordable solution with siping on the tires to provide additional traction. Now we’re back to get a balance after 6 months of wear and tear to the tire and as part of the package they are going to balance and rotate the tires for free. The only thing lacking here is the amount of help here. Being located in Lansing MI they need more help to help with there average wait time of 1 – 1 ½ hours. If you need tires with prices that can never be beat come on down.

Wow so lifetime warranty on tires my ass. I will never go here again!!! They don’t explain the warranty in detail!

I always use Discount Tire. Its a shame that they don’t have any automotive services other than tires, but you really can’t beat their prices and their road hazard warranty. Their road hazard warranty is unsurpassed by any other chain.
This store is pretty typical for the chain. It has a decent selection of tires, and they are courteous. However, these guys seem to require more haggling to get the lowest price than other stores.
