Dunkin’ Donuts

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I was in this evening and for the last week they haven’t had the coffee coolata mix. The guy behind the register seriously had on a sleeveless shirt! That’s definitely a health code violation. To top it off they were out of donuts. How are you out of donuts?! Worst experience ever.

I love there bagels and the people that work there are very friendly. There coffee hits the spot every time…

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I have experienced some of the worst – if not the worst – customer service here. It used to be fine, but it seems like they are under new management. The workers are different every time I go in and it always seems like it’s their first day on the job. They are never fully stocked, do not know where to find anything and just say that they are out of something when they don’t see it (when I can see what I ordered behind the counter myself.) Every time I talk to them they are in a haze: only half listening and when I’m done with my order they just ask me what I wanted again. I once asked for a bagel with butter and the worker said «I don’t think we have butter. At least I’ve never seen it around here.» YOU ARE DUNKIN DONUTS. YES, YOU DO HAVE BUTTER FOR BAGELS. They are completely unapologetic about how incompetent they are and are rude to customers instead. After I’m done with the frustration of ordering from them, they get my order wrong nearly every time. I will never go back.

Frequently gets my order wrong and I’m always in too much of a hurry to take my food back. But the food is good.

The menu has expanded over the years. It’s not a place for dieters or those who don’t venture into indulgences. This is a place of sucrose and fat. I like it, as a delicacy.
My sandwiches are warm, plentiful meat, flaky croissants, melted cheese and moist. When I order anything on texas toast I am overloaded with butter, so I usually eat only one slice.
Donuts are ok. I rarely go to Dunkin for donuts. I enjoy the sandwiches. They serve good quality pretty fast. I stop at dunkin maybe once a month or every other month but I enjoy it when I do.

Suuuuuper slow drive-​thru but typical Dunkin Donuts fare.

Being that I was only in Michigan for apt he weekend I was so excited to get back to Dunkins– alas this location was sub-​par compared to the high quality of the other Dunkin establishments. It was not a very clean restaurant overall and the employees seemed to be quite disinterested. The food was fine but… I’ve seen better.

I went in here last Sunday around 10 AM and waited at the counter for over 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged by a single staff person. My wife and I just walked out. The dining room was totally empty and there were about 4 people behind the counter dealing with the drive-​thru. I’m not typically impatient, but it was rather rude treatment. I went to Tim Hortons instead for some better coffee anyway.

This place deserves a top review. I was here twice in the past week and had excellent service both times; and the products were great too!
They’re running some sort of special on cold coffee (iced and frozen) right now after 2:00pm. Also, today I went in, ordered my breakfast, and then received a free donut! I chose a coffee roll. Apparently that didn’t qualify, but the manager gave it to me anyways (and I didn’t even have to ask!).
Dunkin Donuts has great coffee and great food, and the service at this particular location has been great! Hopefully they keep it up!

I am a frequent customer at this location, however after today, I don’t know how often I’ll be back. The coffee drinks here are great, but today I ordered a medium chai latte that was half full. The other half was nothing but foam. The flavor was great, but there was no actual substance. I am unhappy with the service I received today, and hope I am the only one that had to experience this.

I submitted a complaint through the Dunkin Donuts website about my poor experiences. Today I received a call from the manager sincerely apologizing for the bad experiences and asking for another opportunity to keep my business. I’m going to give Dunkin another shot as I truly appreciate good service and a focus on customer satisfaction.
