Better than Qdoba, never have had chipotle, but I love this place. They don’t short you on the amount of meat you get in tacos and or burritos or quesadillas. Their queso is the best I’ve had from a franchise Mexican restaurant. I am not a huge fan of the over salted tortilla chips but overall their chicken, is way better than Qdobas. Their tortillas are freshly made in front of you and you often see the chicken cooking on the grill. Great food, great employees, and fantastic food. I highly recommend their pork tacos because they are great with a huge amount of meat.

Not really sure what to say. I had a great experience and a terrible experience in the same visit. Jesse has worked there forever. He has to be going on like 10 or 15 years. He is a model employee helping people to understand that just because you have tattoos doesn’t mean that you’re not a good employee. He has always treated people with respect and the man can put together some killer food. His level of professionalism goes unmatched in most industries. I would expect him to be leading customer experience training for Panchero’s brand name. If I had a spot for him I’d scoop him up at my company. He is and always has been the face of a successful Panchero’s experience. Then there is the other guy. The bearded guy with a piss poor attitude and 0 customer service skills. The guy who treats people like trash. He got upset and snapped at me when I asked for sour cream on my bowl. Then proceeded to slop it all over the side of the bowl while smirking at me as if he had gotten away with one. Well the jokes on him. The next time he’s talking on his cell phone ignoring customers or the next time he slams the garbage can and then kicks the door shut he may choose to accept the fact that his piss poor attitude in life is the reason why he is where he is and why he’ll always be just another leach on society. So if you’re reading this please thank Jesse for his amazing dedication as both an employee and just plain old good person. As for the bearded guy. The first of the month is coming quickly and if you keep being a jerk to customers maybe that’ll mean more to you in the near future.

Can’t beat fresh pressed tortillas and they mix the insides. The burrito of the person in front of me, tore and they rewrapped it for her. Quality.

Yes, it’s better than Chipotle. Yes it’s way better than Qdoba. There are a lot of similarities, but this place is always fresh, always tasty, and always solid.

This is a much crappier more expensive version of chipotle won’t be eating here again! I ordered a carnitas burrito and they ripped the shell while wrapping it and were nice enough to offer to re-wrap it in a new tortilla for a $ 1 charge WTF?! Got my burrito and the tortilla was soggy and immediately fell apart so I had to resort to just dumping the contents on the metal tray that was provided. To top things off none of the ingredients seemed very fresh, the rice was especially disgusting as it seemed far over cooked and was just a massive gelatinous blob. The only good idea they have at this place is mixing the contents of the burrito up prior to rolling it, but I’m pretty sure this is why mine ripped and I was asked if I wanted charged for an additional tortilla. Recap: terrible service, terrible ingredients, avoid at all costs go to chipotle!

Stopping through, not from the area. The food was EXCELLENT, and the service was TERRIBLE! So, keep that in mind as you decide.

Had not been to this location in about 3 yrs. To give only 2 stars depresses me because they used to be my fav lunch spot. Recently I have gone twice, and it appears things have taken a downward turn. I know it’s possible to have an off day, so I rmade sure to come a couple of times before reviewing. I have to believe ownership has changed in last few years or at least the store manager has? 1. Both of my recent visits I immediately noticed the staff had a checked-out, glazed over look in their eyes and really wanted no conversation with customers. This was not my experience at all, 3 yrs ago. What has changed? 2. Instead of a wrap/burrito I prefer to order my toppings on a bed of lettuces(aka: salad). Both times I noticed the lettuce was not fresh at all, in fact I could not eat the wilted lettuce-it was just old/soggy. I could only eat the chicken/beans/pico on top. 3. The bins of meat, beans, veggies, sauces, cheese and the area’s around them did not look clean and tended to. It was a mess with food everywhere, everything was almost empty, and it did not appear clean. I was not there at the lunch rush(more like 2:30 pm). What’s going on? They did not appear short staffed. It bothered me that the workers were king of ‘checked out’ and did not seem happy, along with knowing I can’t order my meat and topping on a bed of lettuce(not fresh) and the fact I am not sure how clean and well kept the restaurant is now after two recent visits with similiar experiences. Other than that they seemed to have a steady crowd and were moving them adequately through the line, so the wait was not bad. But, with all the choices in and around the area, I am sorry to say I won’t be coming back. :(

Hadn’t been to Panchero’s in a number of years, but was near one recently and decided to stop in for lunch. The tortillas are what make this place good, so I went for a burrito. The ordering process leaves a lot to be desired — you custom order the contents of your burrito, but there isn’t really a list of what’s available and the staff was less then helpful. When I tried to order one of the salsas that was actually listed on the partial«menu» above my head, the guy making my burrito had no idea what I was talking about so I had to instead just point to one of the salsas not knowing what it was. One nice surprise was that they mix the contents before forming the burrito. Overall, a good quick lunch.

A coworker took us here while in town for business… I had no idea what it was walking in, but it’s like a Chipotle or Moe’s. The veggie burrito I created was very tasty and HUUUUGGGGEEEEE.

So, the burritos are amazing. All the ingredients taste very fresh and the meat has never been suspicious. My only complaint with this particular Panchero’s is this short girl that works there… every time I go in, she has this attitude toward every one! I’ve seen her roll her eyes while preparing people’s food. She never says any thing either… she just seems really, really unhappy. She works really slowly, too, compared to her co-workers. Now, of course there’s always a chance that it’s just me or she has an off-day every time I go in… but a few of my co-workers who also eat lunch there have commented on her AND my boyfriend picked some burritos up and came home and was like«There was this pissed off short girl behind the counter who screwed up my food» and I had never mentioned this chick to him before, so I’m confident it’s not me at this point. ANYWHO… the food is fresh, delicious, and not greasy. For quick bite in Eastwood, this is it.

Very decent burritos. You’re going to find similar to the standard burrito place here, with a few small differences(as is basically the norm). The main promoted selling point of Panchero’s is that after they put everything in your burrito they kind of mix it up a bit with a spatula. If you’re into that sort of thing it actually does help the ingredients work their way throughout. The Eastwood Town Center Panchero’s usually has a decent crowd, so all the ingredients stay nice and fresh. The restaurant is also always well kept and very clean, especially for the number of people that seem to go through. Nothing out of the ordinary, but certainly nothing to complain about.
