Bonostro Designs is simply the best and I consider them family now ! They have created beautiful arrangements for all of the important events in my life. Fritz and his team totally transformed my backyard into the most beautiful engagement party that I could ask for. I can’t wait to start planning my wedding with him, I know it’s going to be a dream come true.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SHOP!!! We ordered two arrangements from this florist for a memorial service this past Saturday. One was a wreath for $ 187 and the other was a vase for $ 78. The wreath was ordered to have two ribbons, one that said «Sister» and one that said «Aunt». When they arrived at the church they did not resemble in any way the picture on the web site and the ribbons did say what they were supposed to say but unbelievably the words had been printed
on paper from a computer and stapled on the ribbon. The vase had the gladiolus that had been ordered but only about 8 stalks and not one of them had a single open bloom. I was absolutely appalled. The florist was called immediately and owner was without any doubt the rudest person I have ever had to encounter. FTD was called as well and while all the people who I spoke to could not believe how this was handled they evidently do not stand behind the florists under their company. So just because it is an FTD florist doesn’t mean you are going to get a quality product or good customer service.
