Burger King

The employees were argumentative when we took a hamburger back that they screwed up. The food was horrible and cold! Money down the drain especially since we didn’t finish it. Don’t waste your time coming here… go somewhere else.

We were reprimanded for attempting to use multiple coupons for one order, so we asked for separate orders and said we’d also hit the drive thru and use a third so they figured they’d just ring it up and cut the crap. Glad I don’t live anywhere in the vicinity of this hole. Still, the fact remains that all the food we recieved was hotter than Hades, and fresh too. So putting aside that this is a bum haven-​hey they have to hang out somewhere– and that this may be a location where the manager takes her gig seriously, the grubbs were good. Perhaps times are a-​changin’ here, just like my previous one-​star review! Ch-​Ch-​Changes!

Despite the looming homeless presence outside and in the dinning room, the food here is hot and fresh. It was a little slow to come, but hot and fresh nonetheless. And as Gigi stated, the manager did give us some lip service about trying to us 3 coupons simultaneously, but she eventually caved after we killed her with kindness. Well, that and then we told her we would just go through the drive-​thru for the 3^rd order. This location is one of the few remaining late 70s/​early 80s buildings that has yet to be razed and rebuilt. They do have some pretty hilarious group photos of folks jeerfully eating BK foods on the walls though. But if you like the newer, more fancy locations, there is one a few miles to the West on Ulmerton, but this one still functions just fine.

This isn’t a bad location over all the staff though sometimes slow gets the food out to you fast and from what I have seen correct. The soda machine is simply awesome in the fact that I can get strawberry soda. The issue I have with them is that every and I mean every time I get breakfast here from them my croissant is burnt… Once or twice I could understand but every time is getting crazy.

Worst BK ever under no circumstances should this place stay open, I ordered 2 whopper meals, 2 whopper Jr’s and a 5 piece chicken strips the veggies where way past yellow the bread hard the parties had to been cook at least two days prior, the chicken strips were rubbery and there was no way in hell I would eat this food, went back to give them their food back and get my money they said they would never serve that and I wouldn’t not be able to get my money back cause the manager was not in, oh and I forgot to mention I ordered a 5 piece and they have me 3, yeah stay away from this dump !!!

Worst food that I have ever been served. Ever.
Simple order, 2 original chicken sandwiches add cheese, 2 small fries and 2 small cokes, register girl was abviously clueless and asked «Sheila» who I think is some kind of manager to help her and finally after the third request she walked over rollin her eyes the whole way. Talked to register girl like she was a total idiot, which may or may not apply but you should not treat people like dirt. Ever.
When I opened my sandwich, I almost shit my pants. The lettuce was too rotten for a compost pile. It looked so bad that it’s almost hard to put into words. It had this look that someone already ate it. And the cheese must have took one look at that shit and ran away from home cuz, even though I paid extra it never made it to the party.
So, I braved Ulmerton Road at lunchtime (again) to share my disgust with «Sheila» She curled her nose, and I quote «oh that is disgusting» Ya think? I told her that I want fresh, correct food and my money back. She did have the food remade and she had the crew cut fresh lettuce. She handed me the bag and she looked at me and asked me for my receipt so I handed it to her and she said «oh you paid for small fries but I gave you large, don’t worry about it» I assured her that I was in no way worried about it. I slid the receipt back to her and reminded her that I also wanted my money back, she gave it up and said have a nice day.

Best Burger King in mid Pinellas County… orders never wrong and friendly staff… what a delight.
