I do like the interior décor colors though

I go there just for the coffee.DELICIOUS. The cashiers and the drive thru staff are always very polite and professional.

I just left this place in disbelief… ‘I’m sorry ma’am, no outside food or drinks allowed’. Seriously? I mean I get it, but all of my family was eating there, spending their money at that shi**y establishment. Just because I don’t want to eat their disgusting food, doesn’t mean I can’t be in there. It looks like it was recently remodeled. Clearly the owners are concerned about business. McDonald’s? No thanks. That’s why i take my business elsewhere.

The Manger Stephinnia was extremely rude, cold, unproffesional and condescending. I brought my son in for a burger. I didn’t know the name of the specific burger they had but described what he wanted on it which included bacon. After giving me blank stares as if I was retarded she finally suggested the burger my son would like.
Also I came in with a man that was obviously disheveled/​homeless. I told her I was buying him dinner as well. As I was ordering for him she again gave me a long awkward glare this time with a cruel smirk as if she was too good to have him in her presence and was disgusted. I started to ask how her night was going to see what her problem was. She then completed the order with nothing to say.
After sitting down I had to go back to the counter because their was no bacon on my sons burger She told me to get my ticket. I walked back to my table then she rolled her eyes and went in the back. She came back immediately and handed me an ice cold bacon strip. By this time I was getting pretty angry. My 8 year old even asked me why she’s being so nasty. This young lady has no place in management. I will never go back to that place ever.

It’s McDonalds so u know what the food is, but the reason I’m reviewing it isn’t because of the food, it’s because of the ppl working there. Easily the most welcomed I’ve ever felt at a mcdonalds. This location takes pride in customer service, for that they get 5 stars

It is McDonald’s food, the one many people complain about but if they are in a rush and need something down that throat they will be the first in that Drive-​thru.
Every now and then I get trapped in this area and I need a guaranteed space with WiFi and a good coffee. This McDonald’s came up to the rescue a couple of times! It looks good inside and so far the crew is always nice.
Some details, as the Caution signs on the floor have been there for a whole hour since I’ve been here, the floor is dry and prior to write this review I asked why nobody picks them up. The answer from a young, nice lady: «I don’t know, I just got here.» This didn’t affect me but it definitely affect their image.
I am grateful for their coffee, their WiFi and their comfortable seats.

Recently renovated it looks sleek and modern, sorry no play area but there are touch activated video games on 1 or 2 of the tables :)

Maybe it’s my digestive system getting older or my tastebuds getting a little more skeptical, but this McDonalds has yet to live up to its counterparts. The McDonalds on Ulmerton is terrible, but I wouldn’t completely write off this one. They always give me fresh fries, though their sandwiches actually end up making me feel sick to my stomach.
Could just be me, but I used to made amazing sandwiches when I worked at McDonalds and they were not this.
