Used regularly for a few months now — very happy with it. So far I’ve found everything to be clean and worked great. I’ve had no problems with the washing machines, dryers or change machine(I’ve only used single load machines, never the larger ones). The location is handy and feels safe. There are usually plenty of people around, though I’ve never had to wait to do my washing.

Been washing my clothes here for years but I must say that since they changed ownership it has become 100% outstanding it’s always clean never have to wait for machine and if the machine isn’t working I always get my money through the mail back within 2 to 3 days is just great best laundromat in Marin County I believe

We always do our laundry here in the summer when we are on vacation. It’s Larkspur, so not a lot of riffraff here. We usually throw in a load, go to the next parking lot to King of the Roll for some sushi, throw it in the dryer after we place our order, and go get our dry clothes after we eat. This laundromat is clean, and while I see a negative review or two, it has definitely served its purpose for us; clean clothes while traveling. We will continue to come back!

While in town helping family with errands, I took a comforter to be washed in the 50lb industrial-size washer in the back of the launderette for $ 7.75. When I removed it from the machine, it was stained with multiple grey mechanical grease spots that had never been on the comforter, that I could only assume had been made by the machine. When I called the phone number to speak with an employee or manager, I was told I had to prove the washer had done the damage. I was hoping for a quick in and out get the thing clean, but now I was faced with trying to get the manager to simply agree to meet me. He said he was busy with other locations but would come on his own time and test the machine to see if I was«making it up.» In the meantime he told me to make an «out of order» sign and put it on the machine, which I did even though that seems like something the absentee manager or an employee should do. In subsequent phone calls he repeatedly wouldn’t give me a time we could meet to present him with my now damp, soiled, and damaged comforter as evidence in person. I asked him to give me some set time, he suggested two days later on a Thursday(meaning the stains would’ve set). I asked if he could commit to meeting me at 3pm to which he said he would not commit to a time but rather he’d call me some other day or time an hour before he’d be there. This meant I would have to wait on his call to reorganize some other day around his schedule as if I wanted this to drag on over multiple days and be subject to his goings on. I left the launderette to work in the city with family and got a call some hours later from the same manager saying he’d ran a wash on the same machine and that nothing was wrong with the machine, so… tough luck. I made myself clear: I told him if he would not give me some set time for us to meet and for me so at least show him the damage and come to some mutually reasonable resolution(I was thinking a complimentary wash or any attempt to fix the damage), then he should know I would take it up with the local better business bureau and… here on Unilocal*which now I have… To which he accused me of threatening him, and told me to «go to hell» and hung up on me. I don’t know what’s more frustrating, bringing an item to be simply to be cleaned and finding it more soiled upon removal, or when seeking managerial assistance and a responsible business practices, getting an owner who inconveniences, insults, and accuses me of being some vindictive opportunist trying to get more than just a clean comforter out of my $ 7.75. It’s surprising places like this stay in business and how people sometimes just can’t do the right, just thing for one another. I again want to be clear, I have no ax to grind and take no joy in having to waste more of my time to write this review, I just hope it may give some pause before they go to this local launderette to simply wash their linens. The negligence and rudeness leaves you feeling anything but clean…

Typical laundromat. Not cheap, but definitely not the worst I’ve seen. What I like about this laundry mat though, is the location and the parking availability. There is actually a parking lot which is nice compared to this some of the other laundromats around. Also several stores including a pizza shop that serves beer, a grocery store and a cheesesteak shop within close proximity. Multitasking while doing laundry? Yes please!

I needed to wash all my blankets, a comforter, and mattress cover so I thought I’d try going to a laundromat, something I haven’t done since college, to save time and maybe a buck or two. I decided to use this place over another laundromat in San Anselmo and was sorely disappointed. The floors were FILTHY, one of the machines in the back of the place failed to perform the spin cycle all together so my mattress cover was FILLED with water and… DIRTIER than when I put it in to wash!?! There’s an «emergency» number to call but do you think they answer that? Um… NO. Now the back of the place is flooded from all the water that drained off my mattress cover, oh well. $ 4.75(almost) down the drain! Bottom line, don’t use the washers in the back, the dryers are so-so(40 mins to dry @ .25÷5 mins), and don’t drop anything on the floor unless you want to re-wash it.
