Love the food here. Chicken coconut soup is awesome definitely my favorite thing on the menu. Papaya salad is also really good and the short rib plate is good as well. Haven’t had everything on the menu but in the three times I have eaten there I haven’t been disappointed. Do yourself a favor if your in the area and want some good Thai food stop in the small intimate but nice little spot that’s on the way if your coming from the 580 or 101.

The food quality was good, but the staff was insulting. We had questions about the Pad Thai, and the waiter(who appeared to also be the manager and possibly the owner) was thoroughly condescending and demeaning. We will not return.

Food is great! Their spring rolls are super fresh and delicious;(not deep fried). I recommend the red curry chicken if you like a little spice. Service was fast and reasonably priced. Great lunch spot!

It’s sad but have to concur with Paul O.‘s experience. We stopped in on the spur of the moment since traffic was horrendous and thought why not grab a quick dinner. The strip mall was conveniently located and seemed to have lots of eateries. There was only one other table of 2 people when we walked in. The server wasn’t very welcoming, though I didn’t think twice about that. He just said to sit anywhere. Okay. We sat down in the corner to try to shield from the sun glaring straight into the small seating area. Once we sat down, I was still not comfortable with the sun shining straight into my eyes. Since no one came by to check on us, I stood up to walk around and see if any other table may provide some respite from the glaring sun rays. One of the waiters just stood there, without a word. I approached him and asked if there may be a more shaded table we can move to. He shrugged and said, «that’s what it is» waving around. Wow. I was so taken aback that I just walked away and sat back down at the table. But then the sinking feeling kicked in and I just couldn’t stomach one more second in this place. We walked out.

We ordered the Pad Thai, Tom Kha Kai, and Pumpkin Curry. The order came with our brown rice and salad. I hate having to write negative reviews about any establishment, but this place was quite a disappointment. That’s too bad. The people were so nice. From waiter to cashier, to cook-they were all pleasantly welcoming. The Pumpkin Curry was lukewarm and not fresh-soggy veggies and low quality meat. The coconut soup(Tom Kha Kai) had little flavor with only fish sauce flavor lingering in your mouth. The pad Thai, although not do authentic, was ok. It was sweet and flavorful. The salad was a disappointment-where the dressing was merely from fish sauce. It’s not a good idea. What I loved: the brown rice and the service!!! I don’t think I will be returning. I really hope some changes are in the works, or it will eventually close.

We walked by this place on our way to get some brews but found ourselves eating here for dinner because they had Khao Soi, my husbands favorite Thai dish. It was everything he loves about Thai food. Delicious, sweet, curry, coconut milk, and just the right amount of spicy. We live in the Midwest and cannot find this dish anywhere! It definitely lived up to his expectations and what he had in northern Thailand. We started with the sampler which had a great presentation. Everything was very good. I especially liked the lightness of the peanut sauce. I ordered the coconut prawns and crab meat pad Thai and it was very tasty. I think it had a good amount of crab meat on top and three prawns that were coconut fried and very crisp on the outside and tender prawn in the middle. The pad Thai wasn’t spicy at all so I added some of their chili paste to spice to my liking. Service was great and will recommend to others visiting the area as a good find if looking for something ethnic. Also great location, would have liked to walk around this area during the day.

Second time eating here wasn’t so great, we asked for the food not to be spicy. And our food was very spicy. Also, had a different waitress this time and she really wasn’t very good. But it’s okay, I actually like that they are spicy, but when we asked for little to no spice. That wasn’t what we got. If you like spicy food, then this is a 5 star.

Just arrived here. Sat ourselves with nod from hostess. Were given menus, then sat for15 minutes with no service. Odd thing was it was not busy, only 1 other table of 5 diners in restaurant! Eventually left with no comment from staff.

The food was ok. I have been here before when it was great. But 3 out of 3 wasn’t up to par. Nice people but they seemed to want to go so we didn’t finish there, we took it to go. We didn’t want to but they told us they needed to close and it was 45 minutes till closing time. So…

I don’t know what I was expecting, maybe nothing, maybe some thing else, but this place is not what what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. ordered a food order to go that consisted of duck curry and a Thai chicken salad. Both of which, blew my socks off. The curry had great flavor and a nice kick, but one that did not linger too long. The salad was by far one of the best salads I have ever eaten. A mango avocado style dressing over a bed of lettuce that was accompanied by peanuts, crunchy bits and chicken. What amazed me were the depth of flavors in each dish. The service was friendly and had a very positive interaction.

I’m not overly impressed with this place, I eat a lot of Asian food and can’t rave about this place but it’s across from the hotel I’m staying at, it was quick and got my dinner needs fulfilled. It’s definitely a casual spot and very small on the inside. I’ve eaten a ton of seafood the last few days so I decided to go for a tofu dish. Now I eat a lot of tofu and I know it’s at the most $ 2 for a block which is typically divided into 4×1″ slices. Usually when you order an Asian dish whether it’s with tofu, seafood or meat, you always get a good sized portion of the«protein» so I was pretty disappointed to only have received 2 pieces of tofu in my dish tonight which is basically half a slice, I wouldn’t even say I had«protein» in my meal tonight. I did mention to my server there was only 2 pieces of tofu, she said the cook said there was 4, even so 4 pieces, 1 slice? I’m sure other protein dishes contain more than 4 pieces of chicken or 4 pieces of shrimp and tofu is much cheaper than meat and seafood. I did have the mixed vegetable dish with garlic sauce, again very basic and nothing to rave about. I did enjoy the cucumber salad and a glass of red wine, the Steele Pinot Noir which was served at the correct temperature for a red. I’ll be in the area a few times this year so I would come back, some others around me ordered other things that looked good and a little hearty than the dish I had.

My review is based solely on their lunch specials, and more specifically the barbecue chicken plate since that’s all I’ve ever had. For $ 9 you get a small cup of soup to start, the main dish(in my case BBQ chicken) rice, and a salad. Definitely a good deal in my opinion! There’s plenty of other options as well from curries to pad thai on the lunch menu too. I work in the landing so it’s a super convenient and cheap lunch. Service has always been fine too and it’s one of the quieter restaurants in the landing.

Cannot go back there as I don’t think I’ve had a less satisfying or less tasty Pad Thai. It was quite oily too.(??) Wish I could leave a significantly better review but this was my experience there.

Before we’d exited the front door, words were tumbling from our mouths: «watery, flavorless curry» «worst Thai food I’ve ever had» «what were those „potato things“?» «looked okay, tasted awful» «so mad that I just wasted $ 26″ „pathetic“ “were those „potato things“ pumpkin? Sure didn’t taste like any pumpkin I’ve ever had» «couldn’t understand a word our waitress said» «other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how’d you like the play?» Chicken Pad Thai($ 8.95), Pumpkin Curry with Chicken($ 8.95), and white rice($ 2/serving) were the offenders. I still suspect someone switched in hardened Play-Doh for pumpkin. That stuff, whatever it was, was rock hard, waxy, and completely inedible. I can’t vouch for the rest of the menu but were I instructing you on where to get Thai food(and I guess I am) I’d suggest you stay on 101 north or south a little longer. There’s far better Thai food to be had almost anywhere else.

Cute little restaurant in shopping center. Good and quick service. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff is professional and really good about clearing finished plates and refilling our water or tea. Love going here for their lunch specials! For a reasonable price(no more than 10 $) you get a decent amount food! I always have extra to take home. The pad see ew, yellow curry and pad thai are my favorites to get. If you go there for lunch the meal comes with soup and salad. Also had the thai iced tea. Nothing special but not bad either. Would def come here again.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have ATLEAST4 stars! Came with my bestie to catch up over thai and wine. Yasssssss. We got two glasses of Pinot, green pumpkin curry, brown rice, and pad kee mao. It was absolutely fantastic. Deeee-voured. The brown rice was more purple. Perfect balance of moist and chewy. The pumpkin curry was delicious, and the pad kee mao(drunken noodles) I could eat for days. In fact, I returned the next day for take-out for myself. Got the same exact meal, sans the wine, and took it home to feast. Just as delicious. Downside: the parking in Larkspur Landing is stupid. When I came to pick up my take-out, I circled for 10 minutes before I finally parked in a yellow zone and dodged in before getting ticketed.

I love me some Thai Food. However, I was skeptical based on the reviews of this place. I decided to try it out since it was convenient to where we were. The interior left a little to be desired was my first impression. The service wasn’t great. And the food was not very flavorful. The menu looked great but I was very disappointed with the end result. Not going back there again.

Small space and some bizarre décor. Drink the coconut juice, it’s is delicious! Peanut sauce on coconut rice… It’s a life changer. Avocado prawns… Simply amazing. Take a chance on this place and you won’t be disappointed!
