Quiet serious the staff at this Starbucks… Need to have more personality… Yes… They were accomodating to change their choice of music. Its sounded like rap in the beginning and then they changed which was more appealing… but the music was still too loud… The Oprah chai was tasty but too foamy…

Slow, unengaged staff. Lacks the usual Starbucks customer service. Location is convenient for many reasons however a big blaring problem is the general lack of cleanliness of the facility. Tops of display counters and machines are dusty and unclean. The garbage is overflowing and the bathroom is littered with paper. This is not a mom and pops business and we expect all Starbucks to exhibit high standards and this site fails to deliver.

Came here on a Saturday late morning. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte with soy milk. They ran out of soy and made it with coconut milk. I actually didn’t know this until I took a sip and realize that it tasted weird. When I came back to the counter they said they ran out of soy milk… On a Saturday early afternoon that’s a bad thing to run out of. Of course, since my gf is lactose intolerant, I can’t really ask them to change the milk so overall bad experience. No attempt to correct anything by any of their staff either. One star

Slow and distracted are the best words to describe this location. That has been my experience from 4 visits over 2 months. Don’t go here if you’re on a tight schedule because even a short line takes longer to service than it should. Staff are sometimes distracted talking to each other, not focused on the customer or their job in hand. Drip coffee seems to be variable in strength — unsure why this would be. In summary it’s a great location which is unfortunately let down by poor service and sometimes quality.

Not the place to go even if you have 30 min to spare. Thought I would stop in for a coffee since I had gotten into town about 30 min earlier than I had to be for work. Came here at 6:35 with maybe 3 people in front of me. Waiting until 6:55 for one white chocolate mocha. Ended up being late for work… coffee wasn’t even hot, I think it was actually sitting there and they were just to lazy to call my name. Would have complained but I was already late, never again.

One of the dirtiest most unorganized Starbucks I have ever seen. The case was not stocked and what was in there was thrown around. Garbage on the floor and waited 15 mins for an iced coffee that is pre-made. Avoid this place

Since writing my review the Store Manager has gone completely out of her way to make things better. My Fiancé has gone in almost everyday and she has asked about me and has encouraged me to come back. He has seen a dramatic change in customer service, the partners have remembers his drink, they great him every time he has come in, and even ask about me! I will return because of the amazing effort this SM has made to want to just make me happy again. It’s unbelievable the lengths she has taken. This is an example of great hospitality and amazing customer service that is so rare to come by these days. Holly, thank you for reinstating my belief in what sbux was built upon which is great customer service and creating the third place. I will see you soon. –Lu

I visit this location almost every day, the staff is always friendly, even if they’re having a bad day or are finding the job of providing service to a bunch of bored, retired eccentrics all day. Don’t be deceived by the snobby remarks of other patrons who wanted something unreasonable and received a little attitude back in kind. I go pretty much every day and I’ve never had a bad experience.

The location is great if you like a big helping of attitude. I recently stopped by Starbuck’s 15 minutes before they close and ordered an Ice Tea. I was informed they were out of Green Tea and refused to make me a hot one and pour it in ice. He said«I’m not going to make one extra tea just for you.» Really? Do I need to bring the San Francisco 49ers with me to make it worth your while? Obviously, the guy at the counter was in a hurry to close and I guess he didn’t want to clean the machine twice. Previously, I easily spent $ 200 to $ 300 a month at that location. Not no more… hopefully the owner will see this.

Kevin T. hit it right on the nose. Don’t know what happened, but a major change in management and staff overhaul has caused this Starbucks location to go from great to subpar. The coffee is spotty at best and the staff is unfriendly. I may lose my Gold star status, but it’s a sacrifice I might be willing to take. I miss Cameron!

I can’t recall why I bothered checking in here… It’s a Starbucks, so unless you’re from North Korea or Kentucky you’re probably familiar that they serve coffee and pastries. Oh yeah they have free wifi and cups with a cardboard cozy around them… hmm… I usually order the supersized coffee just to confused the coffee-maker, which Starbucks calls a barista, just so s/he can tell someone else that when they’re out clubbing or at a sorority exchange.

I love Starbucks, I love Larkspur… We had a Unilocal event very close to this Starbucks, I actually have several check-in’s here, but apparently I only have one check-in here… *cue twilight zone music* It’s Starbucks, it’s in a great location, friendly employees and make their drinks well, go here, you won’t regret it…

It’s Starbucks. With a lot of gym rats, plastics, yogis, and teens getting a sugar fix. Again, if it’s Starbucks you want, you won’t be disappointed. I did enjoy my latte… After I left to drink it in the outdoor plaza. I still can’t get over how expensive this mediocre coffee is and how willing people are to pay for it(I had a gift card to use up).

I didn’t have a problem with any of my service personally. The employees seemed hard working and super busy. I would give a higher review but there are 4 outlets not working. This is very inconvenient because they are located at tables where people can work. All of the staff seemed nice, the male working made a couple jokes and conversation which was great considering he was multitasking so much and maintaining great customer service. He was checking in with many people waiting on drinks. I think it was the manager on duty, maybe it was an off day for her but she was the only employee who was standoffish and not very pleasant. I over heard a customer complain that there was too much milk and instead of changing it for him she said she didn’t put that much in and he ended up leaving. This is a nice Starbucks with the décor and furniture. I just think there are minor improvements that can be made for customers to have a better experience. Fix the outlets for sure.

Never have I experienced such unprofessional service. I ordered three panini’s and asked the barista if she can warm them up. The minute I asked her to warm up my sandwiches her attitude immediately changed from neutral to rude. She took my sandwiches and made it seem like it wasn’t her job to warm them up. Then once the sandwiches were done warming up, she took the sandwiches and threw them across the table. Who does that?! I understand we all have our days but this was over the top. Rude, classless behavior.

They need to start using organic non antibacterial milk!!! Just read that and turned me off to another one of their unhealthy food products. Come on Starbucks, you can afford organic milk!
