Always a staple, this Las Cruses location took things to a new level with the simple introduction of a simple ingredient to the otherwise perfect and original chicken sandwich! Something so simple you’ll wonder why you never thought of it before! Jalapeños! Only in New Mexico!

Everything perfect! Fast service! Piping hot food! Smile from behind the counter. It wasnt rush hour, but it was great service,& awesome delicious hot food! Whole restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. All was five star worthy! & they do have the best and only chicken I eat!

I have a love/​hate relationship with this Chic Fil A. I love the food but they are slow and screw up my order about 50% of the time. All I ask for is no pickles and they mess it up that often. They always are very nice, apologize but sometimes I don’t have the time to sit there while they make a new batch. That brings them down to 3 stars in my book.

For being a chain fast food type place, I really like Chick-​fil-​a. Unfortunately the last time I went, a gaggle of teenagers were hanging around talking to their girlfriend while I placed my order: Lemonade, 12 piece nuggets (tasty). Then I sat and waited. and waited. and waited some more. Lost patience, then found out they forgot to fill my order. Awesome. Really?

Consistently good, and generally healthy food. Their chicken sandwiches and chicken salad are particular favorites of mine, but everything I have had there has been great! Their quality standard seem very high. My only complaint is that they are not open on Sunday, the day I am most likely to go to the mall. Oh well.

Yea… a Chick-​fil-​A in NM…
I tried it for the first time in Orlando… love their chicken, waffle fries and best of all… the hand scooped shake made of real ice cream… yummmy!
We went at lunchtime which was a chaotic zoo. It’s great that they offer large sized samples of chicken while you’re waiting. Very busy… but they still had everything under control and they served with a smile.
