Good place to visit… if you want to be ignored. Just moved in to the area and wanted to buy a fancy getup! A leather belt, cowboy hat, shiny belt buckle and a set of cowboy boots. And maybe a new pair of work boots for when I’m not cutting a rug. Instead of the Al Bundy type service I was expecting, I felt abandoned and alone. I didn’t need either of the two employees working that sunny afternoon to hold my hand and walk me through the endless isles of botas vaqueras, but I did need different sizes. Call me needy, but a hello would’ve been nice. Walked in with a big smile, left with a big frown. Boo barn.

Yeesh. Talk about worst customer service ever. By worst, I mean completely absent. I walked into the store on 2⁄8 at about 2:30PM with my boyfriend. We just moved to the area and were excited to go shopping for some new boots. Upon entering, we didn’t even get an acknowledgement or hello. The two salespeople, a man with a beard and a lady with long hair, were busy doing something around the cash register. There were no other customers in the store. Even when I was looking at belt buckles on a display not 10 feet from them, we were completely ignored. We went back to the boot section because even bad customer service can’t stop me from trying on some new boots. I found two pairs I fell in love with. One fit, and one wasn’t my size. I wonder if Boot Barn could order them in a different size for me? I wouldn’t know because no one asked me if I needed help. My boyfriend also found a few pairs of boots he was interested in, but again, no one to help us. We left. And the two salespeople were sitting on a display and chatting when they finally paused in their conversation. To make eye contact with us as we exited the store. Still, silence. I’ll drive to a different store for my boot needs from now on, this isn’t worth the convenient location.

I went to several places to find new laces for my hiking boots and was unable to find the correct length in boot strength laces. I went to Downtown Summerlin and went next door to the sporting goods store and no luck. then it hit me, Boot Barn is next door. I walked in and started walking to the back. I was asked by an employee if he could help me. Within a few seconds, I was at the rack with a large selection of laces for boots and athletic shoes. I picked the kind I wanted, went to the front, and checked out. It was a pleasant find and I’ll know where to come from now on. The boots they sell are mostly cowboy boots so I’ll be going elsewhere to buy my hiking boots. Alert employee seeing dazed customer and helping=great service. Thanks!

Bought some work boots here. Staff was courtesy and knowledgable. Did not have to search through boots for what I needed. Sales associate was on top of it. Will Definately go back.

I’ve never felt the most unwelcome ever. I’m Asian I get it, I’m not the typical person that comes into the store to shop but I’m still a customer. I went in looking for boots and some other stuff, mostly gifts for some friends but no one was willing to help me at all and everyone gave me the most judging looks. So I decided it was a lost cause and left. I’d rather give my business to another shop or even online stores where employees don’t judge you by how you look. I do like the store itself overall, it’s quiet and clean, but they need to work on their customer service.

LOVE this new store! The sales people were super helpful and friendly. Left with boots for my daughter and shirts for me and my husband. Clean and well maintained store too with lots of stock. Next time I’m in town I’ll be visiting this store.
