Dunkin’ Donuts

The guy there was pretty up beat. We got our order quickly. The place was clean and quiet. It is off the beaten path behind Rebel. It does have a drive thru.

This is one of the worst DD I’ve ever been to. Scratch that, the worst that I’ve gone to more than once. Every time I go here it’s like playing the lottery, will they have ALL of the items I want, just a few or none at all. Heck, this week it’s been tricky to even catch them while they are open. I can’t seem to find specific hours for this location anywhere either so if anyone has that to update it would certainly be helpful because I guess they close sometime before 7 on Sundays which seemed early to me. I don’t recall any locations that close that early on any day but at 6:36 pm on Sunday ¹⁄₃ they were closed. They were also closed on ¹⁄₁ which I understand because it’s a holiday but can you at least put some signage up? The never ending first world struggle is real! *I’d put up a photo but I didn’t get anything because they were closed the last 2 times I visited them: insert sad face emoji here:

This guy just told me he couldn’t make my drink. Really? You can’t make a Chai and add ice? Really? Why have I had it everywhere else in the COUNTRY? How am I still alive and well to talk about it? Obviously they don’t know I go to Dunkin Donuts Daily. Ugh. This was a terrible experience. He was so serious about denying me my favorite DD drink that I just felt terrible and had to share this so others won’t be as heart broken as I was DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. Tropicana and Pecos has the worst customer service anywhere. I’m done.

Aweful! They did not have anything! Will never go to this location again. We ordered #15 and the lady thru the drive thru did not even know what bread it was on. She said they were out of pretzels and I said what? Its on a croissant ?? She said. We can also put it in a croissant. But its always been in one? Oh and no hash browns too? Oh and no chicken salad sand which. We were ordering all of that and a dozen donuts but cancelled everything, turned around and just left.
We love DD, we got the card, tumblers etc. and this is the first time we have ever experienced this
This outlet is obviously not following their franchise standards, corporate office should look in to this

I ordered the new breakfast sand w/​smoke sausage. When I got to the counter, there was a younger girl and older gentleman. When I ordered the sand the girl looked confused, the guy says I’ll go make it. It took a little while long to get the sand and it wasn’t even luke warm.

I totally agree w/​Jonathan S. The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Customer service was non existent!!! When I got the food home I immediately turned around & took it back! It was sooo mutilated I couldn’t stomach a single bite! NASTY!!! I’ll never be back

I Always come to this specific location! My fav! They always make my Med. Iced French Vanilla Swirl amazing :) thank you all, you help make my mornings wonderful lol :) keep up the great jobs! They are appreciated

Not worth 1 star. They had nothing I wanted and then they burned our bagle. Gave us our grilled cheese backwards. I asked for no cream in my coffee and they must have filled it half way. Never go here. I will never go here again. Better service at the gas station

Top notch service– super friendly! I was however quite sure I was going to be shanked in the parking lot/it’s always weird to have the bathroom be unlocked for you at a donut shop.

I love your donuts, but you need more locations here in San Diego! I can only get my donut fix every time I go to Vegas. Not cool, Dunkin’ Donuts. Not cool.

It’s Dunkin Donuts so it’s gotta be good. There is always a line at this location but the staff does their best to get orders out promptly.

I actually didn’t want to give this place any stars but that wasn’t an option. Just don’t go there. Go to your local supermarket. These people just don’t bother. Donuts tasted day old, had a dry, light consistency and were simply an insult to ones pallet. Really, why bother to stay in business.

This is one of my Dunkin’ Donuts morning hot coffee stops. The one by my house is usually pretty crowded, and this is one is close to work and easy to get in and out. The coffee is always perfectly made, and I really like the service. Good people + good coffee = good experience!

Maybe I am missing something, but I can’t seem to figure out the hours of this location…
I pulled up to the drive thru this evening and sat there waiting. And waiting. I could see employees in the store, working, but nobody came on the speaker. After about 5 minutes, I drove away.
So I brought up the listing on my Unilocal app and called the store. When someone answered, I asked their hours and I was told 5a-​6p. (It was about 6:20p) Now, first, I have never experienced a DD that was not open until 9pm (maybe I am spoiled by the location on Gibson?). Second, it would be wonderful if they actually posted the hours on the drive-​thru board or the door. I pulled up to the front door to see if I could catch the hours, and nothing.
This is a 24 hour town and this location isn’t far from the Strip. I pass it every night on my way to work… This is the 2^nd time this has happened to me at this location. The last time was around 7:30pm, and all of the lights were on, including the signs and the drive-​thru. Drives me crazy!

Customer service lacks, piss poor attitude from the people behind the counter. Needs to understand this location doesn’t monopolize the area on sugary treats, there’s a Winchells, a great buns bakery, and Starbucks all within reach. There’s no need for me to give them money for sub par service. Especially first thing in the morning.

Love their drive-​through. The employees are always friendly. I usually come here for their Coffee Coolata, which is addictive lol. I haven’t tried the donuts at this location yet, but I’m more than satisfied with their coolatas :)

I’ve had a good experience every time I come to this location (I mainly use drive-​thru). I wish I knew the name of the girl who works there in the mornings — she is so sweet and efficient… always a friendly start to the day!
My favorite is the chocolate glazed cake doughnut… Check it out!

This Dunkin is Ok. Sometimes they get my order totally wrong, like how does an Iced Mocha Latte become an Iced Coffee with cream? I have never gotten anything but Sesame Bagels and Lattes here. The staff is usually pretty nice but harried.

I pretty much resent the hell out of corporate coffee shops because they have pretty much killed the little man (coffee shops) here in Vegas.
After my favorite one, Rejavanate went under, I had to find another place so that I could function in the morning.
Large iced with cream, sugar and hazelnut in the summer. Large hot with cream, sugar and hazelnut in with winter.
Friendly service.
Great coffee but damn, I feel like a hypocrite ever time I come here.
