This company may have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called three times, waiting on hold for 30 minutes two times and finally connecting at almost an hour on the third try. We had a medical emergency and simply wished to move our show tickets from one day to another available, and made the call several days in advance of the event, but they were unwilling to accommodate in anyway. List $ 409! Will never use them again, and suggest everybody stay far, far away
