SKECHERS Factory Outlet

This is Skechers newest addition to Vegas, located in downtown Summerlin. The store was very clean, and we were greeted immediately upon entering. That was really where the customer service ended, until we got to the registers. I tried on 10 different pairs of shoes and not once was I approached to ask if I needed assistance, or to answer any questions. As luck would have it, it was the last two pairs of shoes I ended up getting. One thing I really like about Skechers is they have several choices /​styles of shoe in a wide width. Most shoe stores, or department stores that carry shoes, are lacking in this area, which sucks when you wear a wider shoe. I was also impressed by this locations range of work shoes, which I will be coming back to purchase in the near future. They offer many different styles of slip resistant, as well as steel toed work shoes /​boots.
When we checked out the salesperson wasn’t very friendly, and granted, I was only spending $ 90.00, but I like a little more friendliness when I’m spending money in your store. Though it wasn’t her fault, there was a problem with the registers that delayed our departure, which almost caused us to be late picking up our order at Olive Garden.
I hope to add some stars to this review on subsequent visits here, if the service level steps up.

Don’t ask me how I did it… but somehow I walked out of here with three pairs of kids light up shoes for less than $ 35. This is the newest Skecher’s store in the valley. It is clean and well organized. Customer service was my biggest issue at this location. We had a warm greeting by the cashier but that was about it. We were on our own for our entire shopping experience. What a shame! This was a mid afternoon day and several employees were going in and out of the back room however no one came by to check even our child’s shoe size. This is in Downtown Summerlin. In order to be successful they will have to change their mindset and take care of their customer’s. I am happy I scored such a great deal. Sign up for their points program for additional discounts.

First time to this store– very clean and excellent selections. We were looking for certain type of shoes and the young lady on duty was very helpful. During the check out, she even helped us in getting more bonus which we were not aware. I definitely recommend this store to my friends.

Great new store, off the 215 freeway and Sahara, in the new shopping center Downtown Summerlin. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Be sure to sign up for the Sketchers Elite Card, you will receive a 20% off email coupon from Sketcher’s within 3 – 4 days towards your next purchase. The store is very clean and organized with many racks in the back of the store of discounted shoes, for the smart shopper. There are also free bags of fresh popcorn too, by the popcorn machine in the front of the store, for the kids and for the young at heart.

I really like Sketchers shoes, so I was happy to see that a store has opened up in Downtown Summerlin. I went in today while they were having a sale and bought a pair of boots I liked.
The only thing that ruined my experience here was the rude employee working the cash register. (Looking at my receipt and it said she was cashier 55 310.) Not a single smile or even a «Thanks for shopping,» when she was handing me my bag with such begrudgment. I hate mean workers.
