Quinton was awesome. I hate Starbucks but the gal pal likes it. Quinton made it actually fun.

This Starbucks is inside the Silverton hotel. It is nice having a Starbucks in your hotel!
Been here a bunch of times. Last year when I visited my experiences were really positive. This trip wasn’t quite as good.
I walked up to the register at 6:00a and was told they didn’t open for another minute. The girl behind the counter then made me wait an additional 3 minutes before she took my order.
Not the end of the world but a little annoying.
Bottom line is that on this last trip the food quality was good and they got me my drinks fast but on both days I went there, the people working seemed as though they really didn’t want to be there. Kind of a bummer since I once was a Starbucks ‘partner’ (employee).

Best Starbucks I’ve been to! Employees are friendly and helpful and really listened to what I wanted in my beverage. They were nice, but not over-​the-​top fake nice and I appreciated it a lot. There was a barista named Jessica that was very helpful with recommending a drink for me when I wanted to try something new. She made me a «Snickers» frappucino and it is by far the best frappucino I have ever had. Would definitely visit again

A couple of the workers are very friendly but others a rude and do no listen to your order. It takes about 20 minutes to get a coffee. After today I am officially boycotting this location.

Came to this Starbucks which is located inside the Silverton Hotel. I was craving my Venti mango black iced tea. I also picked up my daughter two chocolate cake pops! She absolutely loves these cake pops. This location had some nice seating in front and a large couch in the middle.
A Venti mango black iced tea and two chocolate cake pops costs me $ 9.12. Pretty pricey for just a few items. Maybe prices increased but I thought that it was a bit steep. However, I did enjoy my mango black iced tea. Flavor is on point and is consistent with other Starbucks I have been to. I love this drink for the summer. I am a fan of Starbucks.
The employees here seemed to work with no expressions on their faces. No enthusiasm which is why I docked off one star. If I buy a drink from you, I expect at least a smile or recognition from you. There were only two guys working here. Other than that, I had a nice experience here. Cool couch!

Fastest Starbucks drive thru ever. I don’t know what they’re doing that the others aren’t but these guys are on their stuff! Love it!

Every time I stray away from my regular Starbucks I seem to be highly disappointed. Visited this location because of convenience and really wish I hadnt. I used to think Starbucks was the epiphany of quality customer service but lately I am realizing the consistency of «customer service» is not carried from location to location.
I am still confused when the barista tells me this isn’t a «real» starbucks, when explaining why a reward, email promo code or app can’t be used, but I have never really been bothered because sometimes that is just the way it is. Today’s experience however was more shocking however.
I went to pay and buy a protein box along with a FRAP and when she told me the total I asked why it was so much. She told me the protein box was $ 8, when I went to point out to her it states $ 4.95 on the box it was blacked out with a sharpie. I was so bewildered since I KNOW I had JUST looked at it to see how much it was before I bought it. Then I noticed the sharpie in her hands. I didn’t say anything but I wanted to verify, so I went to look at the other boxes and sure enough they WERE NOT blacked out and they were priced at $ 4.95!!!
I was so in shock that this employee tried to straight up rip me off! NEVER going back and I’m not one to recommend against a place, but in this case I highly recommend against visiting this location.

With a line of maybe 6 – 7 people ahead of me, I was in and out quickly. Friendly staff made wait time less painful for a simple cup of coffee. Good, quick service and a nice cup of joe. Well done, Starbucks.

Quick service and pretty large for a casino bar. Plenty of seating on the couple of times I’ve been.

Always excellent service at this location. The girl’s are always nice & friendly. Store is cute & clean with ample seating.

This is the best starbucks we went to in vegas. The staff was quick and friendly and drinks were perfect.

This Starbucks was just what I needed last night when I went to the Silverton. I had my quad espresso and was out of the place very quickly. The service was great!
I like that they take the Gold Card from Starbucks. Some casino locations are still way behind the times when it comes to using the card.
The seating area is large. This is a little oasis at the Silverton.

Pretty good Starbucks in the «food court» area of Silverton’s Casino. Staff was pleasant, service was quick, snacks were fresh. Free wifi in most of the casino area

I love Starbucks! Especially when there is one inside of the hotel I’m staying at, even more after $ 10 all you can drink at the bar! They are quick and friendly, and they don’t ask why your wearing sunnies inside the hotel, I think they just figure I am hung over. I love that they have seating inside and items you can buy like normal Starbucks. I will come back for my caffeine fix next time I’m staying at the hotel.

I wrote a review and couldn’t figure out how to post it. Silverton Casino Starbucks is really nice. It has great drinks, electric plug in’s They didn’t hurry you out. They even gave samples of new drinks.

It’s great! Not only is it a great hotel/​casino, but Silverton offers a Starbucks right in the lobby. Get your fix and then enjoy the huge aquarium while you nurse that throbbing headache.
