TIMEINN used to be located right next to Sushi Factory and featured open-mic nights and live bands on weekends. I saw several local death metal acts here and recall laughing at the flyer for the next week’s show, with all the indecipherable«evil» band fonts and most everyone around me scratching their heads trying to figure out who was playing. Drink specials were good too… I still have several of the plastic buckets from the $ 10 for 6 beer specials(Coronas, Heinekens) and Captain Morgan swag from a launch party. Then they moved across the street and became just like everyone else. Whoever decided to stop having live bands should be bound, gagged, and forced to watch«Gigli» with Japanese subtitles enabled, on repeat, for a week.
