WORSTEVER. On hold for 1 hour, 5x calling. Ignored call 3x, hung up on 1x, zero help last time. !! Worst service ever! Oh, and dropped off script 4 days ago… got it yesterday„ after I called to remind them, but they never returned my ID. Now my ID is «missing» don’t go here!

Layout in this particular store seems off. Not stocked well. Seemed a bit dirtier than other Walgreens in the area. Line took a long time. Sales associate didn’t seem happy to be working here. This store also had a very distinctive smell that I couldn’t figure out.

The drive through pharmacy takes too long. Cars just sit. If it’s not a quick drop off or pick up, and there is any issues or questions then they should tell the customer to come inside. The way it is now defeats the purpose of the drive through.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is slow and very unhelpful. Every time I have to deal with this place it is a rediculas wait. Scripts are never done within the time given. Drive a little farther to the one on blue Dimond and decatur.

Waiting in for 15 – 20 min to get some razor cartridges out of the locked shelf. The employees seem somewhat retarded.

Wow. Maybe its because its a Friday night, but it was the weirdest Walgreen’s experience. I’ll keep this short and simple. Customer service, thumbs down. Workers including who seemed to be the managers, not very welcoming, zero salutations from beginning to end. Worker outside gathering carts while smoking. The customers that were in there at around 9pmish… let’s just say, «Are we in downtown?» I prefer the Walgreen’s on Blue Diamond/Decatur and Rainbow/Robindale. 1 Star for service, 1 Star for location being so close to home.

The employees are always friendly. Everyone is always willing to help they are always trying to get you at the next available register. I appreciate that if they can’t help you they always try and find somebody who is able to locate the product that you need.

Staff are very friendly specially JASON from the photo department. He knew where everything was and he checked us out when we were ready to go. Also, he was very personable and made us feel very welcomed, much like the local store back home. I definitely recommend this walgreens. although a couple miles further from home, it’s well worth the drive. And their sales are awesome! !

Walgreens Southern Highlands is much like every neighborhood Walgreens in Las Vegas. The only thing that sets them apart is the level of services. Southern Highlands gets 4 stars because the staff is always friendly and the pharmacy is quite helpful. The only thing is they often seem under staffed and lines back up. It seems 50⁄50 to me if I’m going to have to wait or not. And it is not that I’m just coming at peak hours. All in all if you are in Southern Highlands it’s definitely worth going in as the next Walgreen is miles away.

Ok. So while I was waiting for my pizzas at Pizza Hut, which was around the corner in the same building… I of course head to the Hawaiian section. Last time, I got some Li Hing Keiki. This time, I bought some Banana Chips and more Li Hing Mui. I also got packages of candy. The store brand packages of orange slices, carmel candy, and gummy worms… Each package was 39 cents. I was in shock to see that it went from $ 1 to 39 cents, so I bought 3 packages of orange slides, one of gummy worms, and one of carmel candies. I haven’t opened them yet, but when I do, I will be in paradise.
