As an update to the company’s response to my review. I was told the following morning(Friday) that problem was fixed and my order would be ready at 3pm for pickup. I happened to be in a golf tournament that day and left early to ensure I made the pickup. However, when I arrived, the order was not ready as promised. I again called the company, at this point extremely upset and was told I needed to wait until 4pm. This order was NEVER delivered to my home. They did in fact refund my credit card a few days later, however it was absurd they even charged me to begin with after all of the aggravation. I strongly discourage patronage of this establishment.

Stains remained visible on both items, not much different from machine wash results. Hole was not patched. They required a printout of the online gift certificate, rather than just the code or email, so we had to go back just to drop off a printout.

I use them pretty often as the 24⁄7 drop off/pick up is great for me. The cleaning is good and I like the idea that any credit card with your name will work(you enter a phone number and swipe a card). Would suggest maybe a reserved parking spot by the store which would be good in snowy weather. I thought that maybe they would be cheaper because of being automated but I don’t find the pricing competitive. It seems about the same as the local competition. Still, I do all my dry cleaning there now because of the convenience.

This business has outstanding customer service. They contacted me based on my previous review, apologized for my experience, and gave me a credit to try their service again. I plan to use them as my dry-cleaner from now on.

I reviewed this location before, but my review has vanished. Hmm. I guess the idea of a 24⁄7 drop off location for dry cleaning is neat. However, I did not like the fact that even during normal business hours for most places, no one works here. I didn’t feel like using the courtesy phone. I didn’t have a customer service complaint, I had a dry cleaning complaint and wanted to show what was wrong. I also had questions about an Italian wool blend blazer, I wanted to get cleaned and an unfortunate ink stain to the left pocket. Had I felt confident they would have been able to fix my previous dry cleaning issue with them, I would have entrusted them with the ink stained blazer as well. I came to this location once and did not have a good experience, that is why I am rating it one star. This was not my first experience with Feigenbaum Cleaners. I have also used their Saratoga location, see my review for that location for more information.
