The cleaning is sufficient; however the service is poor. You have to ring a bell for service. It takes at least 30 seconds for someone to come out of the back room. I dropped off about $ 135 worth of winter dry cleaning; realized I had a $ 5 coupon(from their calendar), tried to apply it after I pre-paid & was told it was too late. Unfortunately the coupon only applies for orders $ 50+, so I threw it away; and won’t be back. I had been going there for about 2 years; and felt they should treat repeat customers better. Also difficult to get in and out of. NEW: After patronizing this business for 2 years and spending over $ 200, I was just turned down for a gift certificate donation, to be used in a raffle to benefit the YWCA’s of the Capital District. I have switched to Feigenbaum’s in the Fresh Market plaza. They have a kiosk that’s available 24⁄7; and far less expensive.

I have been to Mr. Kleen twice. I was hoping that the first time was a fluke, apparently it is a pattern. Both times I had received clothes that were less then acceptable. I received pants with multiple creases and most recently I got a suit back that still had substantial wrinkles in it. I actually said something this time to whom I think is the owner, not sure though, and actually got an argument. They told me that there were not wrinkles, and then they said they were imperfections. I then asked them if what I was seeing was not a wrinkle, and the one gentleman said no it was not! He pressed off the suit himself just minutes before, and it was not wrinkled. I told them I would not be back.
