I received a replacement Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from Verizon and went there to see about getting the old one cloned to the new one. I worked with Renée, who was very friendly and helpful. Got the new phone going in just a few minutes. Restore from the cloud took just a little while longer. Now I’m good to go! I also shopped the cases and SD cards. Great service and support! ! I’m making it my go-​to Verizon place from now on.
