Went there last night & ordered the bourbon salmon. I’m not a fan of salmon, but that was by far, best I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly to my taste & as moist as it could be soaked in bourbon. I would certainly order it again. Had rice pilaf that was moist with just a little bite to it, but not too much. The salad bar was fresh & yummy. All in all, a very satisfying meal.

Usually a pretty solid option if you’re looking for a chain restaurant experience, but not the case on my most recent visit. I typically choose RT as my chain restaurant of choice, primarily because they send awesome coupons if you’re on their email list. But, even the coupons can’t salvage a sub par dining experience, so I really don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. Went with a friend on a Monday night, and the restaurant was nearly empty, maybe 15 other people in the entire restaurant, which you would think would mean you would get exceptional service. WRONG. We waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by our server. A big draw for RT is their salad bar, but my girlfriend found a hair in her salad… not good. We had to ask the server for their cheddar biscuits, which should be given automatically… and when they did arrive, the server only put two on the plate… oh thanks, one each! Don’t be so generous! Asked for a side of ranch for my sandwich, never received it, so had to go to the salad bar to dump some on a plate(hey there’s one plus, that that was available). Drinks weren’t refilled timely. Server never came to check in on how we were doing. There was really no excuse for the lack of service considering they were not busy at all… overall very disappointed.

I usually don’t post reviews on chains but I felt the need to have to at the location. First of all, I come on a Thursday night. It’s pretty dead when I walk in and no one greets me. I wanted to sit at the bar and so I seat myself. I knew exactly what I wanted and I knew I wanted a salad from the salad bar and the grilled salmon meal. I ordered it with grilled zucchini. The salad bar was pretty disappointing because there were items missing like mixed greens and I usually like the pasta salad that they have at the bar. Unfortunately, they were out of that and the potato salad that they serve. It looks as no one has attended to that salad bar in awhile. Very disappointed! Then I get to the salad dressings and it looks as if some dressings have been splashed by other dressings and no one has cleaned it up. It is not very appealing at all. I’ve been here for about 30 min and still no attention has been paid to the salad bar which I usually look forward too. My meal arrives fairly quickly and I am all about presentation and this was very sad. I know I ordered the garden bar but there was a very small piece of salmon that was poorly seasoned. 8 pieces of grilled zucchini. I know it was a small order but they could have done a better job of presenting my food. I know that if corporate got a hold of this they would be VERYDISAPPOINTEDANDITWOULDBEUNACCEPTABLE!!!

The salad bar, which they are known for, was limited in the offerings all for $ 9.59…not worth it! Waited 20 minutes for a table when open tops were open upon scanning the restaurant. I would pass on making this a place to stop locally especially since it’s a chain. Servers and manager spent time reminiscing with past employees next to us verses serving customers.

So, this place was a surprise. I’ve had so many bad experiences at these chain restaurants that I don’t normally set foot in them anymore, but a friend really wanted to meet here. As a vegetarian, it’s standard that these chains don’t have many vegetarian options, so I ordered a couple veggie sides as my meal and they were really good. Fresh veggies and well seasoned sauces. The service was fast and friendly too.

I was so disappointed in the service i got here. Our waiter seemed like he was not 100% paying attention. He didn’t ask us how our meal was and he only brought me back another drink, not my mom even though we both asked for one. Lastly I ordered a burger cooked medium and it was so dry and overcooked that I could barely chew it. I couldn’t ask for a new one because he never returned to our table until the end. Best part was the salad bar.

I always get good service here but our server went beyond her call of waitressing. She had the patience of a saint. The table next to us had no idea what they wanted and this woman explained everything to these people on the menu. I mean everything. She had to be there at least 15 minutes and she did not lose her temper or tact. I would of flipped out and probably gotten fired. Nice job Rachel. I would definitely come back her to eat on awesome customer service alone.

Call me a snob but this place is just about the worst on customer service. Here’s why. Came in 2 times in 2 days because the hotel near by doesn’t have a lot of options. Bar tender last night was so clearly in a bad mood. Asked how are you doing her response was«I’m really tired» thanks for starting this bad. With a sarcastic attitude for the rest of the night she was a gem(sarcasm) The cook came out to see what we were ordering and from across the bar in plain sight starts cursing«F$;@/@ this F@$& that» storms into the kitchen and makes mediocre food. Guess he wanted to go home. Sorry if you don’t wanna work. Lock the doors and go home Come back in today before our bus leaves and the cook blows his nose and goes straight to work. Didn’t see him wash his hands. That’s great. Then goes all over the restaurant joking with the staff still haven’t had the best service. Next the manager has a call from an employee. Takes the call in the bar so I can her him cursing up a storm«F&(&;$ man where were you? Well you gatta call me» now I get to listen to store drama. Hangs up and recaps the story with the whole staff also in the middle of the bar. Also inappropriate. Sure hope the past I ordered 20 min ago is good. Go to carrabas next door. Haven’t been there but they got better Unilocal reviews

I always get an excellent meal here, so does my wife. I get the 9 oz top sirloin with assiago cheese sauce. my wife gets chicken fresco. Drinks are great too. Ruby relaxer for my wife, her all time favorite drink. Mike is the best waiter hands down. .

I had the pleasure of enjoying this restaurant for almost a month on a regular basis as I was staying in a hotel right next to it during a relocation. I first noticed the friendly wait staff, especially the bartenders. All were willing to chat and get to know you, along w/providing efficient and professional service. The food was quite varied and provided a «surf & turf» orientation, along w/a nicely stocked self service salad bar. The prices were quite reasonable especially if you took a look at the specials. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a casual and consistent dining experience. Courtney, Amber, Caroline, Laura, Justin especially.

KEEPDRIVING! We went for lunch because I always loved Ruby Tuesdays’ salad bar. First– there was trash on the floor next to the booth we were seated at —(straw wrapper.) The hostess ignored it and it took a long time before our waitress picked it up!?! Oh but that was the least of my complaints. We noticed lots of flies… When my husband said… Gee– isn’t that a bad sign?! We each ordered an entrée. Oh boy. My mashed potatoes were luke warm– and definitely not fresh– and when my husband noticed how hot his plate was… And his mashed potatoes were wicked hot– it was clear that his plate had been microwaved. My zucchini cakes were old and burnt — inedible! Final straw: looked at the wall and noticed all the flies on the wall and even the painting. Oh my god. The manager came over when she heard I returned my food– though she offered another meal– there was no way I was eating anything else there. Didn’t mention flies to her– frankly– I was so appalled I just wanted out of there! Waitress lacked personality — not a word when we got the bill — and nothing from the hostess as we left!?! We felt guilty for speaking up– Geez! Lots of other choices in the area. Even a gas station hot dog would’ve been better than this!!!

I live Rubys! They have such fresh and seemingly healthy entrees. This Rubys salad bar was a little disappointing though. They didn’t have some of the items I’ve seem in others and some of the veggies needed to be refilled and replaced.

Place isnt bad, infact I think its some of the freshest chain food going. Nice touch is that on Sundays they have a brunch. Good food, healthy choices and great burgers. Watch out though, if you get the salad bar, the sneeze guard doesn’t cover all of the food lol.

Ruby Tuesdays is a chain, and it lives up to it’s chainness. I go for the salad bar, because they have a nice variety of fresh items to choose from. Making a good salad at home for just two people is always expensive and wasteful because produce goes bad so quickly. The rest of the menu is hit or miss. Nothing we’ve ordered has ever been horrible, but it is often just okay and only sometimes is it very good. One thing I like about the menu is that most of the entrees come with two sides and you can pick from a list of approximately 10 choices. Fries, rice, baked potato and different veggies, to name a few. On our most recent visit, I had the Asian glazed salmon with sides of snow peas and broccoli. The broccoli and snow peas were overcooked, but weren’t totally mushy. RT usually does better with the veggies and serves them on the firmer side. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure our dishes were sitting under the heat lamp for a while, as evidenced by our scalding hot plates, and the fact that my salmon was dry and had a crunchy upper layer. The sauce on the fish is tasty, and that’s the only thing that saved it this time. Husband had the Memphis dry rub ribs with sides of broccoli and baked mac & cheese. The ribs are a longstanding favorite of his and never disappoint. He could only stand to take one bite of the mac and cheese, however, and this carries a lot of weight coming from a man who has a deep, passionate love for mac & cheese of many varieties. I tried a bite also, and it was pretty gross. Unfortunately, I couldn’t identify the type of cheese I tasted, but it was not cheddar. It almost tasted like a bland mozzarella, except that it was yellow. Not good at all. To end on a positive note, the service here at RT is always very good. The hosts are very friendly and servers are very attentive. On this particular evening, the waitress noticed that Husband didn’t touch his mac & cheese, asked if he didn’t like it and politely offered to take it off the check. He declined, but she earned points for the offer.
