I called to have my carpets cleaned and a tech named Josh showed up stinking of marijuana. When I said I was going to call his boss he said go ahead, he leaves a couple of joints in each van every morning for the crew so that they can be HAPPY doing their job. It was the worst carpet cleaning I have ever had done! I had to have someone else come back out to do the job right that I had already paid for.

First time in over 3 years that we had our carpets professionally cleaned, and they did a great job! We have 4 kids and a dog so our carpet was really gross. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
