Husbands sandwich turned out good. He got the big kahuna. I asked for a chicken sub and the chicken was either undercooked or over cooked. Either way, could not bite into it. Service was slow. The location was semi clean. There were no trays to eat in. I am definitely not going back to this location.

This is the best sandwich shop around. The place is clean and the employees are fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this place. A word of advice: put CPR on everything!

I absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike’s, however this location is ridiculously slow. It is mind blowing how slow the service is. It doesn’t matter is you order before you get there. You’re bound to wait at least 15minutes, if not more! Not sure what they are doing here, even when fully staffed, still takes a very long time. Hopefully they can get it together, this is close to my office.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs– just not from this location. First off, service is extremely slow– even if there is no one else in the restaurant. Second, my sub seems to always be a little sad. Yesterday was my breaking point to finally review them. I walked in behind a group of 3 people. Those 3 ordered hot subs. The guy at the counter gave the order to the cook and then took my order for a cold sub. He then went to ring up the hot subs. At this point, a line had formed behind me. He proceeded to take all of the orders of the customers who had walked in without starting any of the cold subs. When a 3rd employee came up to help, he pushed her out of the way and told her he didn’t need help. When he finally did get to my sub, he shorted me on meat(I wish I had taken a picture) and then put on so much Mayo, that there was more mayo than anything else. It was very disappointing sub that I spent 20 minutes waiting for. Although this location is the most convenient, I will not be returning. This was not the first poor experience, and I know it won’t be the last if I go back.

I always order carryout from this jersey mike’s subs. It’s delicious and always fresh. They never mess up my order and it’s usually ready by the time I get there. Never disappointed :)

just avoid this location at all costs. i’ve given them too many chances, and they just can’t get it together. they always only have two people behind the counter, which is NOT enough for making hot subs, cold subs, and cashiering. people should not have to wait 20 minutes plus for a sandwich! and the workers here have terrible attitudes, they won’t ask you for your toppings and then when you request them they get mad as if it’s your fault.

The sub was great! Don’t get me wrong, but the service was absolutely awful. I know it just opened and all, but come on… I’ll update my review if it gets better, but the staff does not listen. They made my sub incorrectly twice, let alone they do not even know what is on their subs. The station that they make the subs is very unclean as well. The sub before me was made with both of the liquids, which dripped all over the table… and they started my sub right on top of the mess. Not not not good at all.

I have been to Jersey Mike’s several times and keep coming back because of the good tasting subs. With that said, I didn’t have a completely positive experience at this new location. They just opened and the lines were very long. I have no problem with that and understood the wait. However, I received the wrong Sandwich. The one I did receive was similar, but i was overcharged a couple bucks because of the error. Also, it didn’t have the toppings that I requested. Overall, the food I did receive tasted good. I attribute the errors to the grand opening and will be coming back. I would likely rate higher next time, assuming my order is correct.
