I have been here a few times and everytime they are extremely slow. I wait in line for 15 min and they still have me pull forward because my food is not ready! They spend more time goofing off!!! I have watched 4 cars behind me alrwady leave. Its just plain ridiculous.

Cold fries, cold burger, cold nuggets. Food is worse than average McDonald’s which is pretty bad. Clueless service at drive thru. Had to ask for ranch three times before getting it. I suppose it’s for the best — if it keeps us away from McDonald’s.

Farmington, MI

Noon on a rainy Tuesday, Southfield Road at 12 ½ Mile. Very few customers in dining room so service was pretty quick. Staff is friendly, place is very clean. Tile floor is slick when wet. Food was fine but cost $ 9 for a club sandwich and a medium (smallish) shake. Seating is not terribly comfortable. Modern, two TV’s on CNN, free wifi. All in all, better than most McD’s.

This location is super close to where I live and I com here all the time. It’s a hit or miss. Sometimes the drive through you get done so fast even with many cars in front of you and sometimes it may take forever with just one or two cars in front. Staff is friendly. I always get the fudge sundae and they out hardly any fudge on it… I have to ask for extra because it’s 95% ice cream!
