Drive thru line was ridiculous. Not moving as fast as it should, considering it’s a fast food place. Cars were pulling up and turning around because of the line. I’ve been waiting to take my order now for about 8 minutes.

Restaurant is pretty beat up inside. Food was decently prepare but the lack of good places to sit was unfortunate.

I come here all the time and really like the service here. The sandwiches are really good and always consistent. I get coupons in the mail all the time and many times they also take expired ones. Very friendly employees, reasonable price

My experience at this location has always been good. My wife recently had an exceptionally good experience with staff, both local and the regional manager. She mentioned on a survey that she had not enjoyed the bread (marbled rye) on one of the sandwiches. The regional manager (who I guess was there at the time) chatted with her and offered her a coupon for a free sandwich. The store manager, who apparently had waited on her, had also been very sweet.
