This place is FANTASTIC! Amazing food, very authentic and fresh. Way WAY better then the food and service at the AVI, worth the walk

My husband and I love this place. Best machaca burrito I have ever had. The place is tiny but clean. The guys working there are friendly and the food comes out fast. Great little hidden gem. We highly recommend it.

Eck! This place is located in a side door of a gas station. I should have stopped and seen the red flags but decided to give this place a try. Wrong! I asked for a super burrito de asada… I get a tortilla filled with fat chunks of steak and guacamole. Umm. where’s the rice, beans, pico de gallo?! And fat chunks of fatty meat? Definitely not arranchára! The frijoles were blah and that salsa roja was nasty! 2 stars for the friendly service and cold drinks!

OUTSTANDING !!! Food, Service and Price !!! Once again they’ve outdone them selves, But nothing I wouldn’t expect from them anyway. We’re from Los Angeles on a weekend getaway and nothing screams better then Vegas or the River. The River Wins again with«Pancho Villa’s Taco Shop» !!! We played HARD all day and finished it off a Pancho’s, I had ordered incorrectly and they had No problem Unilocaling us. At No time was I or they even trying to place the error on us but to make us Happy was always on they’re mind. We need this kinda service in L.A. !!! Once again we will be coming back … Familia Tellez !!!

3 small tacos and drink for 5.90. I got Carne asada and adobo. Adobo is like al pastor. Not bad. I do like that they are not stingy on their meat. U could have easily split one taco into two!

This place rocks! Friendly staff, large portions of good food, and reasonable prices make it a must visit. It doesn’t hurt that there is a firework/liquor store next door. Their burritos are double-fisters. Will definitely be going back.

Honest truth if you want great food, especially great Mexican food… this little shop is open 6am to 8:30pm everyday. It’s conveniently next to a gas station/fireworks shop, at the corner of the AVI casino property. The place is ran by Spanish speakers, but they speak English, so real Mexicans cooking great food. If you dare to try the Avi’s overpriced food, in the hotel that is tasteless, boring and wondering that the heck is this crap, then eat inside the resort. Feathers café(24 hour café) is horrible food, there buffet is overpriced and tasteless, their high end Moonshadow grill is blah. Food court is Sbarros, Subway(24 hours) and Panda express and a thrifty ice cream. At Pancho Villa’s, the portions are a good sized to fill a hungry man, with an affordable price and taste worth 4 times the price. Vegetarian options here not just a burrito. Highchairs are available for the babies and are clean. Places is clean. Good to bring the family lots of parking all around. Fresh made tortillas and salsa made there! Salsa bar inside. You can taste the fresh ingredients. Stay away from all of the Laughlin restaurants and go here, especially if your Mexican and love traditional Mexican food, without it being a fake modified food trying to be so called Authentic Mexican. I have eaten the Carne Asada plate that was enough to feed starving man. Tasty! Carne Asada here is very tasty and perfectly cooked. Beans and rice are tasty. Tacos are very good traditional and especially the beef tacos. Come here once and you may not want to ever eat at the AVI or around Laughlin again. You have been warned and spoiled with taste! I will now eat here everytime I am in Laughlin!

Tasty and authentic! I’ve only had the tacos here, and they’re excellent. Tacos are priced double what I’m used to, but they’re twice as big too. Meats are cooked and seasoned well, everything is fresh. Their Carne Asada and sweet Adobada are my two favorites so far. Drive-thru is convenient. I have yet to eat inside so I cannot comment on the dine-in experience. Service is always with a smile. My only complaint is wait times can take a while. But their food is well worth it.

Staying at the Avi Resort & decided to go here for lunch. My brother got the burrito deal for 5.75. And it was well worth it! Huge burrito! And I got the chicken tacos soft, and they were very tasty & big! Would definitely recommend this Mexican restaurant.

One of the best food choices near or at AVI. Had a breakfast burrito that was good and my son had chorizo. The only suggestion I have is lay off the cheese, they put it on everything, and lots of it. Be sure to ask them to hold off on it unless your a cheese lover.

The food here is great, reasonably priced. The burritos are good for two people. They’re huge! And the plates are too! The people who work here treated us kindly.

Went here yesterday for the first time, and I know I will be back. The special of the day was a chile verde burrito + small drink for $ 5. Really? Wow. Since I just won $ 5 off the penny slots at Avi, I figured the casino just bought me a free lunch. Woot. Since my buddy was with me, but didn’t wanna order food, the cashier offered to cut the burrito in half for us. I wanted the option available to share with my bud, I said yes. That was thoughtful of them… As it turns out, I was the only one who ended up eating anyway. Thank goodness they had cut the burrito in half AND wrapped both halves separately. Cool. I took the other half home. It tasted good. There were a few bits of fat that I could taste, but not too many. Besides, I watch the food channel enough to know«fat is flavor». The chile verde sauce was good. It was just a shade mild for me, but they did have a salsa bar available. The green sauce also had just a pinch too much salt for my taste, but nothing that wasn’t tolerable.(Did I loose you with that double negative?) I was also missing the onions & cilantro I got used to while ordering burritos in Southern California. Other than that, it can be summed up as: fast, friendly service w/good prices & flavor.
