Great customer service! Everyone was extremely friendly. The freshly baked bread loaf that I sampled was yummy! I went for cupcakes… hoping to find one that I like enough to order as a cake. Unfortunately, I did not love the cupcakes. The red velvet was pretty good, though… definitely better than red velvet at Cakes Plus. The pastries and croissants looked very good. I could tell they were light and flaky. I can’t wait to try them.

I really like this bakery! The owner is super nice and helped me select coffee and bread for my friends birthday and the Ethiopian Easter. The bread was delicious

I purchased a cake for the office at Genet’s yesterday. I decided to buy the «coffee» cake, which is not a regular breakfast coffee cake, but a totally awesome, light, fluffy cake with coffee flavoring in the middle and coffee flavored icing. Everyone at the office loved this cake. Just thought I would share!

the staff was cordial but the food was not good. i had a coffee cake and latte. the latte was ok, nothing special but the cake was not good at all. the place doesn’t seem to get much business so it’s possible the desserts get recycled from the day or two before. i don’t think we’ll be going back.
