My husband and I went to the new one. We even waited for the grand opening to be over. We had to sit ourself. Took forever for us to get a menu, or be waited on. Then when we received our food it was cold. So I looked for our waitress. Who was hiding in the back corner. Finally flagged her down for bill and to go box. Another 20 minutes finally I got both. Decided to pay cash, instead of credit card, since it was so slow. No manager came by. First time my husband ever even ate at a IHOP. He will never go back. By the way, they weren’t busy. 4 workers on the floor about 5 tables set. Sad, sad, sad.

I’ve heard about the bad service and the long wait times but we went today and Jimmy was our server and he did an excellent job. He seated us and got our drinks immediately and we ordered shortly after. Our food came out in about 8 mins and that was after he told us they were cleaning the grill so it would be about 3 mins before they dropped our pancakes. We thought it was a great job at letting us know ahead of time for a small wait. Then our food came and it was all hot and delicious — we got the cupcake pancakes, double chocolate pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. All of it was very good! He brought us more water without even having to ask and we just can’t speak enough of our experience. Ask for jimmy if you go! We had a great meal and will be back!

Seems like you only get promptly seated and served if you are black. Evidently this IHOP only wants dollars from black patrons. This has got to be one of the most racist (against whites) restaurants I have ever been in.

We waited 20 min before the hostess ever said a word to us while 5 employees repeatedly walked by. Then waited another 20 minutes to be seated. Service was poor. Never got a refill on our drinks. Food took forever but was good when we finally got it. They still have some kinks to work out if they want to stay in business

Not good food like other Ihops have. Pancakes seemed to have been sitting around for a while and hard. Omelet not that good either.

When it first opened for the first couple of weeks you wouldn’t get a parking spot. After a month we went there, while it was still busy. Waited 45 minutes for my food, then they told my mom they didn’t have the soup she ordered. 20 minutes later my dad got my his food. We started leaving and they finally brought my fries. All the while everyone around us was leaving. Now, they are never busy with hardly more then two cars in the place.
