So much nicer than a Starbucks or chain coffee shop, not in a mall but a real house. Great coffee, house recipe chai, friendly. Worth a detour.

Laurel, MS
Not in a major city and you want Starbucks like coffee: check this place out. But it’s a little bit more than a local coffee shop. It has events, comedy night, and other hosted things such as karaōke night (even with the big screen)… You can’t possibly go wrong stepping through the door which they also host a lending/​purchasing library upstairs… or going through the drive-​through. Make sure you ask for one of their cards and get it punched each time you stop in.

Its a house that was converted into a business so that gives it all the charms and interesting layout challenges that give it a unique ambiance. They often have special events and sometimes have live music.
