I walked in at 7:45 pm. 15 minutes before closing, I wasn’t expecting great service since it was so close to closing time. The lady upfront was SUPER passive aggressive! She rolled her eyes when I told her it was my first time in, due to the fact that it’s more paperwork on her end. She didn’t even make eye contact with me! The nurse and practitioner where really nice and got me in an out within 15 minutes!

Friendly N.P. Did some tests. my 2 complaints is that I had to wait for wks to find out about my ultrasound results and tests. And I had to be the one to call, followed up several times when they said they would call me. Another is when I made an appt… I waited over an hr n a half. Not happy. But like I said. my N.P. is nice n easy to talk to but the company needs to be more active on calling back their patients back and letting them know what is going on.
