Worst Burlington by far. Extra long lines at the register. It’s in the middle of the Christmas shopping season and there’s 6 registers. Very poor front register strategy. I’m standing in line now for 20 minutes.

Could be a neater store but in all, the store offers a lot and is not that bad in cleanliness. However, the employees at this store are not helpful. If you ask them one thing, they look so agitated. Good luck with wanting to check out. Be prepared to wait atleast 10 minutes on line. They usually only have 2 cashiers working at a time.

Good prices but the finding something in your size can be a bit unpleasant adventure. Uneducated stuff gave me twice the wrong information. Once I asked about size and today I asked about «Is wrinkle-free and natural stretch for a dress shirt the same thing?» They said yes. I came back home and checked it online and its not !!
Pathetic. Do not ask for help else you will be wearing flip-flops in snow.

I returned items to this store for a refund only to never be given the refund to my credit card. Burlington was unable to locate the transaction and I’m out $ 30. I wonder if the cashier is $ 30 richer. Never again…
