Dunkin’ Donuts

Convenient down Andover street from 93. Nice large spacious location with friendly people. The three work together. When she didn’t give my change she asked her supervisor to get the register open and fixed the problem instantly. Open ’til 11 pm Sat, Sun 12. Plenty parking. I like the honey bran raisin and reduced blueberry and the cream chips a hoy. Very kind and correct and pleasant to talk to. Great location to stop late.

This is your average Dunkin’. When they are open, no complaints. But they seem to close by sound-​down, no joke. Drove by the other day, it wasn’t even 7pm yet, and lights out. What gives?

When I was in town I went regularly to a different location, but stopped by this one because of where I was at and the need for coffee. I usually go to DD versus Starbucks because the regular coffee is usually much better.
This place is in a fairly decent spot, the building and parking lot has seen some better days, but that should not effect the product inside.
I got a couple of donuts and coffee, but I noticed a problem with the coffee as soon as I picked up the cup, it seemed a little cool to the touch compared to other locations.
I was right, the coffee was warm at best, so I asked for a fresh cup. The new cup did not help, looks like management here is more concerned about making sure to not waste coffee versus keeping coffee hot. The girl serving the coffee looked helpless to fix the issue because of management hindering her versus unwilling to help.
The donuts were a little on the stale side as well, there is a DD in a gas station just a mile up the road that actually has hot coffee and better donuts. I would recommend going there instead.

I go here all the time, the staff is great[for the most part]. They always have stuff in stock but may be because they maybe aren’t that busy? Granted they are in a good location for the office parks down the road but otherwise the parking lot is tiny, and the drive thru is also a bit complicated. However I definitely get the best service from the drive thru. Inside takes much longer.
