Dunkin’ Donuts

As a waitress of 8 years, I am usually very forgiving and at least flexible when it comes to customer service; you’re having a bad day, its super busy, whatever. However, after months of being understanding and flexible, I have had enough of this Dunkin Donuts. Putting aside the fact that I have to repeat my order a minimum of 3 times and then an additional 2 times at the window, the last several times I’ve gone through the drive-​thru I’ve been asked to pull ahead to have them bring out my order. This past time when they brought the food out they brought additional items I didn’t order (free food is fine, but waiting to have them cook something I didn’t order is annoying). Lastly, after repeating my order several times and waiting in the parking lot for several minutes, the breakfast sandwich I ordered still managed to have cheese placed on it (I’m allergic to cheese which is why I always order no cheese!). My patience and understanding have run out. I won’t be returning.
