We have 4 homes in Lawrence and we have used a few inspectors in the past, so we can compare.
Our architect recommended Essential Inspections two years ago when we purchased one of our rentals. We were impressed with the service and we called him again!
Ryan gets better and better! He looks at every detail in a home. If you are a home owner that just looks for the nice counter top you don’t need an inspector. If you care about the home’s infrastructure there is Ryan to do the job: foundation, termites, mold, attics, roof, drainage. He looks at every little corner of the home. His reports are detailed and he even offer tips on energy saving, water saving, all in the report. I actually implemented some of his tips in our previous purchase. We read the entire report and learned from it so much!
