The staff is great and it is very affordable! The bus route takes you right to KU and maintenance gets everything done in a timely manner. The management has great resident events here and there to show how much they care. Highly recommended living here!

Lawrence, KS
One of the better apartment complexes I have lived in over the years.
Pros:
Community has people of all ages and backgrounds (Sometimes hard to find in Lawrence)
2 grocery stores nearby (1mi away each) and 4 restaurants on the same block and a convenience store.
Quiet and Safe neighborhood.
KU and City bus routes are easily accessible.
Management keeps you informed and makes sure the property is kept up and maintenance is quick to fix any issues you have 24⁄7.
They allow pets.
Cons:
Roommate matching not always the greatest.
