Sleepy’s

I had a great experience with Gary at this Sleepy’s! I walked in with a budget based on an Ikea bed I was settling for. I walked out with a Sterns and Foster on clearance for a couple hundred more lol. But it is a STEARNS AND FOSTER! I got the box spring, head board, mattress cover, a pillow (the good kind) and delivery for free!!! I would have spent about the same if I got them elsewhere… one stop shopping #allaboutthat. After 10 yrs with my old basic mattress, my back says thank you.

Thee only reason I even gave this place a star was so I could leave a review. This has been by far my worst customer service experience!!! I came in Saturday ²⁄₂₀ in the afternoon to purchase mattress set and frame. i was greeted warmly by Marsha who was very sweet and listened to. we choose something according to them that was «budget» friendly umm no it was very expensive not budget friendly at all!!!(this post is not about their insanely over priced mattress but about the service I received) anywho I got the bed my total was wayyyyyy above my price range but I was in a rush and need to get back to work so I left after reviewing my bill when I got to work I said oh no return so I kindly went back to return Gary Levin the manager hassled me like a greasy car sells man to keep my purchase I explained to him I simply couldn’t not afford to be over budget and that seeing that nothing was delivered and I literally purchased a few hrs prior to cancel. he said oh I can price match (extreme bullshit) they will adjust the price according to their liking not price match all in all the manager told me my order would be cancelled I said can I have it in writing I was told rudely that was not possible were a big company so I can give you my word and walked away as if to have nothing to do with me and to take my money somewhere else so that’s exactly what I did (I’ll tell that in a few) .the next day the delivery driver shows up in like this order was cancelled verbal and when I called twice yesterday. customer service then calls me to state not thing was ever done as far as cancellation so at this point I’m fuming so I happily get back in my car and drive to sleepys at this point no one cares to greet me and again lied to my face oh it was cancelled as if to dismiss me I said again you ppl lie nothing was cancelled so I called the finance company and they again verify that nothing was cancelled (while I’m standing in the store) they demanded to speak to a sells rep so I put it on speaker and at that point that is when the order was cancelled. and not even a apology for their disrespectful behavior and lies I will NEVER EVER buy anything from sleepys nor will I refer anyone to purchase from them especially this location!!! also note these prices are overpriced like crazy do your research before going

My friend came into Sleepy’s to purchase a mattress.
Upon arriving, we were instantly greeted by Rus with a smile. He was such a nice, honest salesman. He made selecting a mattress very easy. He gave us specific details on each mattress we tried out. If he was unsure of any of the specifications, he made it his priority to find out.
The store itself is pretty small, it has only about 30 mattress’ on display, but it’s clean .
I would recommend and I would definately return. Ask for Rus, he’s awesome !

Sleepy’s is the WORST experience in our life. Their selling skills might be good, but the Quality of mattresses is a DISASTER. STAY AWAY. Buy from somewhere else and cheaper. Sleep’s charge for their name, BUT THE NAME Doesn’t even grant you promised WARRANTY. It’s a JOKE and a SCAM !!!

Great response to this Unilocal review. Got a call from sleepy’s corporate who agreed I was in the right and did what they could to make it good.

If you just goto sleepys which there are many reasons not too. Stay away from Gary Levin the grimey sales rep. You’ll spot him.
