We got a great deal on mattress and adjustable frame for the Memorial day sale. I would mos def recommend this location. Quiet spot and great customer service. Both Dean or David were kind, helpful and knowlegable professionals. I initially chose a softer Beautyrest mattress and had to exchange it for another. They took care of hubby and I. Process was seamless. Thanks to both of these gentlement. You can tell there professionals!

I will never use Sleepys again thanks to this location. The one staff member there lied to us about their exchange policy, stating they didn’t do in store exchanges. My father had to call back to the 1800 number in order to get AN HONEST representative to explain to her that she needed to do the exchange at the store. Look, I worked and managed in retail for many years and I know that a return, even from another store, hurts your numbers. I get it, I do. At the same time, don’t lie and treat us like scum when you were assisting us first, but someone looking to buy came in so you were more interested in making a sale. That is totally rude and unacceptable. Then, on top of that, they tried to get us pay $ 300 for a split box spring that was the same size. Are you out of your mind? Thanks Sleepys.
