I don’t go to WG’s very often. It is not near to me and their parking situation on 23rd St. is strange. I went there recently and I enjoyed my visit. I needed some specific makeup that I thought they would have in stock (they did). Had fun shopping, playing makeup. The clerk was very nice and helpful. It was a positive experience. I do think they are more pricey than other places, though. Also, their rewards program is impossible. You would have to shop there everyday for the rest of your life to earn points. For my purpose, it was good.

Young pharmacist decided to blame me, the customer, and my doctor for not having my prescription ready to go. (I am on auto fill by month AND called in to double-​check ahead of time). She tried to «explain» (argue and make excuses) as to why she didn’t have it ready, even though I had called 6 days prior and was told it would be ready in 2 days. Said I would need to wait 15min in drive through line (4 cars deep) so she could start to fill it. Not impressed, which is too bad because the others I have worked with are usually on top of things. I’d give this pharmacist 0 stars and a free ticket to a customer service seminar. The rest, I’d give at least 4 stars.
