What happened to the chicken in chicken biscuit? Second morning with huge biscuit and tiny piece of chicken. Last trip here!

Breakfast at Chic-​Fil-​A is a southern staple. With the introduction of the spicy chicken biscuit I am always foaming at the mouth in the early morning hours when I pass a CFA. Today I decided to stop in and get a biscuit to feed my hunger. This location has speedy service and kind staff. It took me less than 5 minutes to place an order in the drive thru and get on my way. The biscuit wasn’t as good as other CFA biscuits; something was off about the bread itself. I would still give them the benefit of doubt and visit again.

Very clean on the inside and out. Gets super busy every day at lunch time, so the food doesn’t look as pretty as it does in their non-​peek hours.
This is one of the best Chick-​Fil-​As I’ve been to. Very friendly and speedy staff.

Although I try to avoid fast food, Chick-​Fil-​A is of a higher quality. You can taste the difference. And this location has great service. You don’t feel like its a fast food restaurant. You are greeted and treated as if you are dining in at a nice place. I always go with the spicy chicken sandwich and fries — can’t beat it.

Love this Chick-​fil-​A! They have great customer service and I have never had a problem with them! The staff is great and are always happy to serve you.

Friendly service. They will bring the food to your table. Staff will regularly offer to refill your drinks. They have clean bathrooms that include changing tables in the women’s and men’s restrooms. There are disposable place mats for kids and sanitizing hand wipes available. Nice play area for kids as young as toddlers as well as elementary aged children. The food is consistently good. Parking can be scarce around lunchtime. You can trade in the toy in the kids meal for a small ice cream cone.

Very cheerful staff here. I usually walk to this chick fil a, so i’m fairly close, and even if i’m a sweaty mess, they welcome me as soon as I walk in and serve me with a smile.
While this location is pretty slammed in the morning, every afternoon that i’ve gone in there’s only been one or two people waiting to be served, if that. There’s several exits, although they all empty out on sugarloaf, so it’s never tough to get out
The food? Well, it’s Chick fil A. They sometimes make you forget you’re eating fried chicken. I approve… both of the food, and this location!

My order is incorrect more then it’s correct. I ALWAYS order grilled nuggets for my daughter and half the time I end up with the regular nuggets. My daughter is allergic to certain ingredients in the regular nuggets, she gets so excited and then realizes she can’t eat them. They need to do a better job, it’s nuggets! How do you mess up nuggets???

The staff here greet customers with a cheerful «Welcome». Love that. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of inside. Ashley and Olson are splendid and truly showcase what a joyous CFA employee can be.
Mornings and lunches are great. Evenings are wonderful and relaxed.
Highly recommended.

By far the most professional and clean Chik-​Fil A I’ve ever been to. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And the food is always great. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

I usually only came here wayyy early in the morning when most people are asleep, because it was on my way to school and I would go with my dad. Well today I had somewhere to go super early on P Hill and I came again with my dad.
The staff here is always nice. I recognized the one who took our order right away, because she has taken my order many times. The same, bright, smiling face that is nice to see in the morning when everyone else is grumpy.
II know most people are probably thinking «why are you giving a chick fil a 4 stars?!» Well I had an amazing experience! And it deserves 4 stars. I always have an amazing experience. I don’t care what their political opinion is. The spicy chicken bagel (without egg and cheese) I had today was amazing. It was actually better than fried chicken I had last night at a «nice» restaurant.
Love it!

Despite their boss’s political opinions, I’ve found that Chick Fil-​A has good food and wonderful service. This particular one, though, tops them all. You always get a «my pleasure» after a thank you, they bring the order to your table, and their «Spirit Nights» for elementary schools raises money for schools in the area. What else do you want from a restaurant — especially a fast-​food restaurant?

Best fast food there is. As in, EVER. And the service is always 5 star as well.
Truett Cathey surely has a special place in Heaven.
I could eat here (almost) every day and not get bored.

I went through the drive-​thru of this Chick-​fil-​A for a quick lunch after a meeting on a Wednesday afternoon. It was around 1 pm, but there were only a few other cars in the drive-​thru.
I ordered my usual — the Original Chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Coke Zero. As soon as I was done ordering and paying, I pulled up to the window and they had my food ready. They handed me my bag of food with ranch and BBQ sauce, which I had requested. And they were super friendly.
Overall, this Chick-​fil-​A gets 5 stars — for their hot, fresh, delicious food and super quick and friendly drive-​thru service. I will definitely be back! =)

I love Chick-​Fil-​A!!!
I hate they are closed on Sundays because that’s always when I crave it!
Almost every Chick-​Fil-​A I have been to have been very clean and have excellent customer service. I have eaten inside and there is always a line. I like the fact that they don’t just lazily take orders like all other fast food places. These people are on point but sound robotic with their programmed response of «My Pleasure». The utensils, napkins, and condiments are always stocked.
The only downside is the drive-​thru which I have seen wrapped around the building. Sometimes it’s quicker to just park and walk in to order.

Most Chick-​Fil-​A places are a step above standard fast food eateries and this one is no exception. It’s consistently clean and the service is the best I’ve ever had.
On another note, their canned drive through response of «Please pull forward where it will be my pleasure to serve you» always makes me a tiny bit uncomfortable.

This place is squeaky clean. There’s always someone sweeping, wiping or dusting the place and they’re definitely detailed about it too. I was very impress with the service and appreciate that they greet everyone with a «How, how are you today?» as soon as you walk in the door. Great hospitality in a fast food joint? Is that even possible? I think this place has definitely prove that true.
I think this has to be the only fast food place left on earth that generously leave their condiments out for the taking. I mean, it’s seriously like a buffet — take all you can bag. I’m very guilty of coming back for seconds and third round on it, but I do use them!!!
Their spicy chicken is much spicier & crispier than the one in Alpharetta. I guess different places makes them differently. And their play area is pretty cool!
The people are just genuinely nice. Everyone who knows Chik-​fil-​A closes on Sunday, everyone deserves a day off!

Like most Chick-Fil-A’s this one is clean and the staff is friendly, but this location goes above and beyond normal customer service. The staff is exceptional!!!

So my bro & I were driving through Lawrenceville, GA today and I wanted to check out the Chick-​Fil-​A because it seems that every other person I see was carrying one of their fountain cups.
When you first walk in, you are greeted by the staff immediately with a «Welcome to Chick-​Fil-​A!.»
I’ve never heard that before in any retail store/​restaurant so both myself and Tony were amazed by the greeting.
The service rocks here and we both recommend the seasonal «Peppermint Chocolate Milk Shake.» It’s hand-​spun as advertised, just the right amount of thickness topped with whip cream (optional of course) and the token maraschino cherry.
The shake has bits and pieces of peppermint bark that slide up your straw as you take each gulp which leaves you wanting more… good stuff!
