Like the other reviewer said, this place simply cannot get orders right. We ordered two iced coffees and a donut. After 5 minutes in the drive through, he finally realized they didn’t have this particular donut anymore. He then hands me the wrong flavor of iced coffee. When I told him it was incorrect, he blamed me and said I ordered this. Unreal.

3 stars for the franchise. This place just opened this week and they have a lot of training to do. They could not get my simple order right… And it took 3 people, plus a manager to handle it. And when we got in the car, it still wasn’t accurate. We didn’t even bother going back in to correct it. Eh, forget it. It looks nice on the inside. Small with limited seating. It is located on the same lot as Sugarloaf Mills Mall, next to Burger King. Hopefully the service will get better with time. Prices are standard DD. I love donuts, but dunkin donuts has fallen to the bottom of the fresh donut list in comparison to other donut shops. Dunkin is better known for good coffee and even that has stiff competition. My kids still love the munchkins of course. Give this place a minute to adjust and oil the squeaky new wheels before trying it out. It will save you the aneurysm.
