I have been a great value customer for a couple years now and I have a very happy customer. They have done a great job and I feel as though my unit is safe and secure! Billing is easy, invoices are sent to my email address and payment is automatically deducted from my card each month! If there is an issue they send me an email and get it taken care of. I am very happy with the service and a satisfied customer, thanks for taking care of my stuff Great Value!

I’ve been with this self storage for a few years and I have to say since the new owners have taken over it’s been a pain for them to keep their accounting straight. I never had an issue before, but since they took over they seem to be missing payments here or there. I’m told they will call accounting and never get back to me. I kept both my boat and my storage there, but I’m leaving to go some where a little more stable.
